One of the guy staff wearing specs attitude problem. Don’t want to work then don’t work. No one forced him to work. Don’t dine in here. Not worth the money and time.

Extremely Unpleasant Experience at Qi Ji @ NTFGH Tower A I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I encountered during breakfast at Qi Ji located at NTFGH Tower A. I ordered nasi lemak and lontong, and when my order was ready, I went to the counter to collect it. As I wanted more chilli paste for my lontong, I politely requested it. However, the experience that followed was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When the Chinese lady staff heard my request, she simply walked off to attend to the cashier without acknowledging me at all. The male staff (see pic attached)in an orange-collared T-shirt (presumably a senior staff, as all other staff wore green-collared shirts) also heard my request but completely ignored me. I understand staff may be busy with packing orders, but what was unacceptable was that he did not even nod or verbally acknowledge my presence—he just continued working as if I wasn’t there. I eventually had to knock on the counter to get anyone’s attention. Only then did the female staff return to ask what I needed. The male staff then walked over and made two extremely rude remarks, spoken softly but sharply: “I am not a dead person.” and “I don’t have to turn around to acknowledge your request.” This level of disrespect is appalling, especially coming from someone who appears to hold a senior position. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely absent. A simple “Please give me a moment” would have prevented this entire unpleasant exchange. I also want to highlight that I have been a regular customer at this outlet for a long time, and I clearly noticed that this is a new team. The previous team was never rude and consistently provided friendly, attentive service. This sharp decline in service standards is disappointing and unacceptable. This behaviour is not what customers should expect from any F&B establishment, let alone one in a hospital environment where patience, empathy, and professionalism should be the norm. I hope Qi Ji management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff—particularly senior staff—are retrained to uphold basic standards of courtesy and respect. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I sincerely hope corrective actions will be taken.

Despite the other negative reviews, I think it’s a decent food place with fast service. The popiah, noodles and nasi lemak is alright

I was craving for Longtong. Any one is ok, im not very particular. When I saw Qiji, I decided to go for it. When I am almost done , I bite onto something chewy.. initially I thought it could be prawn shell... but when I try to unfold and open it , its actually plastic. So I told the lady that there's plastic in my Longtong, she told me, its prawn shell... so I replied, I unfolded it and it is in fact plastic. She quickly take the plastic away from my spoon and walk away... before she left I told her, there's no need to take away the evidence, I already told photo... She feedback to the manager and he ask her to replace it for me. Her reply to the manager was " he already finish eating " But infact, im not even done .. i still got 1 full egg , veg and otah... I got so disgusted by their hygeine and food pratice, i stop eating and left.
