Disappointing Dining Experience at Qi Ji Hillion Mall I recently had the opportunity to dine at Qi Ji Hillion Mall and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The combination of rude staff, poor communication, and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere greatly overshadowed the potential enjoyment of the food. From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was evident that the staff's demeanor was less than welcoming. When I approached the counter to inquire about the menu or ask any questions, the staff member seemed disinterested and reluctant to provide any assistance. It was clear that they had no desire to engage in meaningful communication with customers, which left me feeling ignored and unwelcome. The lack of communication skills exhibited by the staff raises concerns about the management of the establishment. It is quite possible that the staff's negative attitude and unhappiness may stem from an underlying management issue. A well-run restaurant should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that their employees are motivated and content in their roles. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. Despite the disappointing service, I must acknowledge the potential of the food. The menu offered a variety of enticing options that seemed promising. However, the unaccommodating attitude of the staff made it difficult to fully appreciate the culinary offerings. The negative ambiance created by their behavior overshadowed any enjoyment that could have been derived from the meal. It is truly disheartening when a restaurant fails to prioritize customer service. As patrons, we visit dining establishments not only for the food but also for the overall experience. The unpleasant encounter I had left me questioning whether the staff's rudeness was a reflection of their own unhappiness or a result of ineffective management. In conclusion, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Qi Ji Hillion Mall based on my recent experience. The lack of professionalism, rude staff, and poor communication overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the food. It is my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues at hand to provide a more welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for future patrons.

Amount of rice (right $6.50) compared to a $2.90 (left, from bus interchange) is only 3/5 by ratio. Extra rice for $1. They will throw all the rice before 9pm. Such a bad pricing policy

Ordered Set 3 Nasi Lemak on 30 July 11:33am. The wait for it took longer than expected because the worker was busy packing all the grab orders. Received the order and there was only 4 SMALL pieces. Went back to the counter to check if this is normal as I usually visit other outlet and it’s a FULL CHICKEN CULET. This was 4 pieces only and after I went to the counter the aunty apologize and ask the guy who was packing, “you gave people 4 pieces of chicken”. The guy who was packing just throw in 3 tiny pieces in. This STILL doesn’t make up a whole chicken cutlet. The pieces I get it’s HALF A PIECE OF A SLICE OF CHICKEN. This is obviously CHEATING CUSTOMERS WHO don’t know the actual serving. This is super unethical to cheat unknowingly customers. Here attach the 7 tiny chicken pieces I get.

Food taste so artificial.... No lime n wen asked lady said liquid lime is poured instead of actual cut lime! No sambal n the tahu was uncooked. Popiah came 15 mins late wt a rude reply fm e staff n it taste sweet eventough asked for chilli! Standard of Qi Ji is drastically dropping n price is tremendously increasing.

don't know whether i ordered mee siam or lime juice; the mee siam is sour as f, this is not edible and should not be served. Disappointing. $6.50 for this is abysmal.

It was the first time and last time that I ordered the chicken curry from Qi Ji I requested to the staff please dont put curry gravy on my rice. She asked for 30cents more to separate I said no need to separate but just dont pour curry onto my rice as I dislike soggy rice. The staff still dont understand and spoke to each other in malay that I am 'kurang ajar' When I told them it was not a take away, the staff with a poor attitude pour my food onto a plate serve it to me It made my food looks like some left over overnight food The chicken thigh was still tough and cold on the inside when I eat It As I was hungry since I ate a slice of toast at 8.30am, I ate little rice with the egg and half a potato and stopped eating as it had spolit my appetite completely Since I had recently recovered from 3days of food poisoning from one of the Ramen eatery in Hillion Mall, I didnt dare to take the risk and eat the cold bloody chicken thigh. Not only food was bad plus the staffs passed remarks in front of me to each other They assumed that I dont understand Malay which I do and is able to speak in Malay too I should have go to eat the curry chicken at Encik which comes with a egg cabbage and separation of curry at no extra charge. Plus the elderly at Northpoint are nice I had wasted my $5.90 for a half cook chicken thigh @ Qi Ji Hillion Mall and they had spoilt my liunch

Found a stone chip in their take-away nasi lemak set. Highly unrecommended and take extra caution especially for those who ordered the nasi lemak set for their children or elderly parents. Hope their management will do something to follow up and prevent such thing from happening in the future.

Food is tasty as usual. Chicken wing is my fav item. This outlet is always long q during meal times. But most of them are for take away.
