Ordered 2 set meals with drinks. The truffle salted egg spicy chicken were delicious and the meat were tender and juicy. Perhaps they were non-frozen, as advertised. The counter staff were polite and helpful when I was struggling to order on the machine. Shout out: one of the crew, a young man named Hilmi, was very diligent in cleaning all the tables nearby. Every square centimeter of the table top were merticulously cleaned with a cloth and chairs tucked in well. Even saw him squating and spent 3-4 minutes getting rid of supposedly 2 spots of chewing gum on the floor. He should be commended by the supervisor.

Do not order if you’re in a rush or don’t want to spend a ridiculously long amount of time waiting for your food. Food quality itself is decent. But the service is so slow. I happened to order on a day they have a promotional price for 4 pieces of chicken for $10 and really regretted ordering because I had to wait an hour for my order. There was no queue in the ordering kiosk, but turns out a lot of people were waiting around sitting down or walking around the mall. Many people kept going to the counter to ask about their order because of the extremely long wait and there’s no electronic board informing you of which order number is being served.

Waiting time was very long and the shift manager Nuralia Binte Ali was so unfriendly and unapproachable. Request for chicken parts and she reply in an attitude ways . Saw she prepared food and not putting on table in a good manners . Very disappointed
