Need a quick, reliable pastry fix? Polar Puffs & Cakes | The Star Vista is your answer. Located right at #01-47, this sleek kiosk is perfect for grabbing a snack on the go. The Legendary Curry Puff: Crisp, flaky puff pastry generously packed with a savoury, classic chicken curry filling that hits the spot every single time. At $2.80, it's a solid, nostalgic treat. Friendly Service: The staff handles orders quickly and efficiently, so you won't be left waiting around for your snack fix. Fresh Waffles on Deck: In addition to their standard bakes, they also serve freshly baked waffles with local favourites like kaya and peanut butter.

Disappointed with the customer service at Polar Bakery. The staff member I approached was unfriendly and came across as rude. I asked for a waffle and was told it was not available. When I politely asked when it would be available, the staff simply replied rudely that they “don’t have.” I understand that items may not always be available, but this could have been communicated in a nicer and more professional manner. Frontline staff represent the brand, and poor attitude can really affect the customer experience. If someone is unhappy at work, they should not bring that mood into customer interactions. Customers do not owe staff a living, but basic courtesy and respect should still be expected.
