My son loves the choco rice roll and have it almost once every week. Staff is very patient with him when he makes payment by himself.

Called to enquire if I can buy or reserve a whole cake for next day. The staff say no reservation, have to come down and pay first then collect tomorrow. I explained I only can come and pay when I collect tomorrow, but can I reserve or know what will be available tomorrow? She replied “I don’t know!”. Don’t know why need to be rude. I only wanted to enquire.

Order from a Malay aunty 1 chocolate roll , 1 strawberry roll and 1 sugar roll and the aunty just give me a strawberry roll put at the cashier . So I repeat my order and she thought I want 2 for each . ?? Not hard to hear in English what is (1) When payment is another aunty . I tap my Amex card but show error , so I ask her can pay by Amex , she nod the head , but the Amex still error , I ask the second time she also nod the head . So I change my card to payment , only she say Amex cannot . ?? The outlet is so small and no customer . Please train the staff to listen to customer’s order . And hire a ppl that not hard of hearing . Ridiculous service
