have always been ordering my birthday cakes & party bakes from here. service and goods are always top-notch and i especially love that they provide a birthday kit for birthday cakes which includes utensils, plates, party hat, candles and even a small garbage bag for disposal. the attention to detail is superb. thanks guys!

The aunties at Raffles Exchange need to chill, okay? It's perfectly fine to approach passers-by and offer samples, but there's no need to be rude when someone politely declines. I was looking at a store beside when an aunty wearing glasses approached me and asked if I wanted to try a sample. I politely said, "No, thank you." She asked again, and I replied, "No, thank you" a second time. This time, I was more assertive because she either didn't hear me the first time or just wouldn't take no for an answer. It would have been fine if it ended there. But as I was walking away, she loudly said to the other aunty, "Haolian hor," assuming I wouldn't understand chinese because I don't look chinese. What an absurd and unnecessary reaction to someone simply declining a sample. A little courtesy goes both ways. Do better, aunties.

First time placing the order and it was simple enough. The guests liked the brownies. Sorry that i was not quick enough to get a picture while it was all pretty 😅

Ordered the rainbow sparkles cake and frozen themed cupcakes for 2 birthday parties in the same week. This has to be one of the best cakes we have had. Top quality and delicious! I appreciate Pinch Team for accommodating my additional request.
