Had perfect dining experience at Arnolds Ayer rajah CC! Newly opened and it’s second outlet in the west! Highly recommended👍🏻

Was here at 12pm. With 2 tables occupied. Firstly, I politely asked for no breast meat, I know you have SOPs for staff to follow that no request of chicken parts are allowed but the restaurant was not busy and with only 2 groups of customers to serve, ( they were already served by the way, I was the latest customer.). The cashier could've just turned around and help ask the crew to TRY not serving me breast meat. You know what? Just barely a minute later, a breast meat was served together with a wing part with chunk of breast meat can be seen. The Pandan outlet is unlike your city plaza outlet, with your cashier at the door and kitchen at the back, this Pandan outlet's cashier is just two hands length away, just beside your despatch area, why couldn't this be told or observed since you only have one customer to serve! I was ok after but guess what? Chicken and fries were lukewarm and soggy. Is this the standard you have nowadays? Your city plaza outlet serves much better food than this. Really disappointing. Will be my last time dining elsewhere except if I pass by city plaza. BTW, I seldom write reviews but this is really disappointing.

My 3rd time trying Arnold's and I have to say it's not really hitting the spot for me. Given its reputation (and the slightly higher price tag), I do expect better tasting meat but it's been pretty dry and dull in my experience mostly; the batter is nice enough but it's not really the kind I like. Overall it's good fried chicken but I think it's not for me.

The food was good. First time trying Arnold fried chicken in Singapore. The chicken is very tender and juicy but the chicken parts are very small . I guess inflation is the cause I absolutely love the fries too. The 2 piece meal set doesn’t come with any drinks so you got to top up for it. Worth a try if you haven’t !

If not for the great chicken, I would not come by this place again. I ordered a family meal which consisted of a number of pieces, and thought it would be quick as there was no one else in the queue when I came in and all the chicken pieces were waiting to be picked up so I made my order and paid. The service staff however, took forever to put the pieces in the box and counted them slowly, whilst her supervisor looked on. She was trying to figure out how many pieces of thighs, wings and breast meat should be in the box (face palm!) as I stood there waiting and waiting. Please improve in the efficiency for the sake of those who love this brand.

Another Arnold Fried Chicken outlet tucked near quiet place with Pandan Gardens. Super hot tenderly fried chicken that is best eaten within the outlet. All range of chicken meal for you to choose from. During CNY no surcharge been impose, to the delight of all patron around her. Do enjoy the new makan spot…..

Arnold's Fried Chicken might be trying to give KFC a run for their money. But still "kurang" la. Servings a bit minuscule (see photo) $9.30 for two slivers of chicken. $11.10 for "diet fish and chips." Chicken thighs are of catwalk fashion dimensions. (Skinny) Fish fillets are much better. To be fair, taste is better than their predecessor TENDERBEST. But they should take another look at their sides. Potato chips are, umm, crunchy. The pre-packaged cole slaw and tartar sauce are unappetizing. The crew is obviously oblivious to the concept of a good dining experience. A couple of kids were running in and out through the auto doors with the staff looking the other way. Not going there again. But that's just me.

Very tender chicken with some kind staff. The mozzarella cheese sticks had insane cheese pull and was very crispy. The prices aren’t too cheap but it wouldn’t burn too much of a hole in your wallet. It was quite quiet with only a few people eating there which was quite pleasant. Highly recommended this place if you’re looking to some nice chicken.
