We ordered a table full of food just to try out the Vietnamese cuisine during lunch. We were impressed by the food, the taste, portion size and presentation. All the dishes came with a generous portion. The food service was extremely fast. Kudos to the Chef! Gui Con was nicely done. The vegetarian noodle was very delectable and came with some tofu. The Beef Noodle Soup was strong and nice. To be frank, the food is far better than what you bargain for in Hanoi. The Hostess and runner are both very hardworking and courteous.

I gave this outlet a chance thinking that perhaps it's a one off thing however upon ordering my spicy beef noodle again, it dawned upon me that they did a terrible job preparing the meal. Broth is diluted and the noodle, don't get me started with the noodle, it's as if the chef cut the noodles into small bits and pieces. I have ordered and eaten at other So Pho outlets and it was a pleasant experience with good thick broth. I think its time to consider switching the manager or the chef of the outlet who care less for the food served to customers. This may affect the reputation of the company. Really spoils the experience of having a good meal.

Good introduction to Vietnamese food. It was delicious as i could taste the burnt taste of my noodles (the plate of food on bottom of pic). The sauces to dip had a burst of flavours. A little bit on the pricey side but would love to go again!

Good food. Clean restaurant and fast serving! Able to get a seat here quickly. Total of about $32 for a beef pho and 3 rolls with 2 lime coolers. The lime cooler is very refreshing and highly recommended! The only thing is the staff here tend to be a bit cold and that may make customers feel unwelcome depending on your expectations. And the restaurant air con is quite weak

One phrase: So awfully horrible and unhealthy food. P.S.: Look at the dish - the noodles are practcally flooded into starchy broth/soup. It's putting authentic Vietnamese dishes to shame. Customer is extremely horrible. One can receive better service from the eateries before entering the Causeway Point mall and at half that price tag or lesser. Kindly avoid patronizing at all such outlets. An absolute disappointment from Katrina Group. Perhaps, they should just focus on F&B instead of venturing into real estate. Get your act together!

Believe their food standard is there but really service a bit bad.... Not sure if they were short staff or its a norm. Staff were not alert to customers waiting to be seated. And after sharing the QR code they don't really check if the food was being served accordingly. Only discovered our order was wrong and ended up waiting for at least 30mins when one of our dishes didn't arrive. Should really improve on service!

Last Friday, I met up with my friends for dinner at this restaurant. We got there early at around 7:00 PM, so there were plenty of free tables. However, it soon filled up, and I found the cozy atmosphere a bit cramped for my liking. Although the menu had several options, I would have preferred more variety, as most of the dishes seemed similar. The food and drink I ordered were okay, but my friend's drink was awful, and they couldn't even finish half of it. On top of that, the prices were a bit on the expensive side, and they added VAT and a service charge, which made the final bill almost 20% higher. To make matters worse, they took too long to serve the food. All in all, while the atmosphere was nice, I would have appreciated more variety in the menu and faster service. Plus, the added charges were a bit of a downer.

Food taste great. Service was excellent. Portion was ideal. We had a great family dinner at So Pho @Causeway Point. Every dish had its deep flavour and we will sure be back for more.

Dine here for an authentic and traditional Vietnamese Food experience. They serve Pho, Banh Mi, Summer/Spring rolls, Bento sets and many more mouth-watering dishes. 😄

100 for the atmosphere. The food was quite okay, it looked fairly appetizing but the taste was quite average. Service was okay, took them a while to notice me, but nothing particularly wrong with it.

Service Was Good. LOVE Their Fried Chicken Wings, Tastewise Reminded Me Of Eating Muruku Snacks. Curry Was Mild Spicy & Paired Well With The Tasty Bread.
