Newly open at Changi airport terminal 3 basement 2, taking over the previous Tai Chong shop space, I found a asian peranakan fusion eatery. It newly open in Dec. And they also have interesting food and tarts and cakes. What is most aurprisung is the very pocket friendly price tag and mind u this is a restaurant in the airport. Everyone who walks by merely look as it is not a franchise where many knows what dishes they serve. But we took the leap of faith and are surprised with the flavour. Laksa is interesting, not very spicy but yet the taste is rich and flavourful. Noyah laksa $9.90. Second pic shows Mee pok carbonara $10.90 . I finished everything. It says it all. Third pic is salted egg mayo croissant. Taste is balanced. But it did not bring much surprises compared to the other two dishes. Drinks were also interesting. Yakult calamansi w green tea. Sour and sweet tinge goes very well with the food as it cleans your palette n ready for the next dish. I bought more pastry back home n loving the carrot cake with lemongrass frosting and mixed nuts tarts. They are good! Thanks to the service team and chefs.

They are having a promotional breakfast set that costs $6.90 for a main and a drink. I was expecting the portion to be small and so I ordered the salted egg mayo croissant as a second main. But boy, was I very wrong. The portions are decent for an individual. The food tastes good too, and I especially love the achar like salad that comes with the croissant - it helps to get the appetite going. The laksa gravy is rich, which probably explains why they pair it with yellow noodles. It would have been better if they serve traditional Southeast Asian type of coffee instead of cappuccino or lattes. Overall, it's still an enjoyable dining experience. 👍

We tried: 🍜Noyah Mee Siam $9.90: Good portion of vermicelli, beansprouts, beancurd, fish cakes, full egg and even de-shelled prawns in good size. Love the gravy which was at the right spiciness and fragrant. Added lime for extra kick. 👍 🍝Chilli Garam Prawn Pasta $11.90: Nice plate of goodness with fusion twist. Prawns were fresh and thoughtfully de-shelled. Packed with kick! 🍛Beef Rendang Rice bowl $10.90: Flavourful minced beef and blue pea rice was fragrant and fluffy. Achar was pleasant too. 🎂Ondeh Ondeh cake $8.90 @noyahlamaison is definitely a good spot for travellers visiting or leaving for a trip, or even just swinging by Changi Airport for authentic/fusion Noyah food at wallet friendly price!

Went back to try the Mee siam and Assam Seafood Rice Bowl. Both sauces are thick and rich but not starchy. The big prawns are deshelled, leaving the heads which is a nice touch. Like the achar and pickled pineapple. The yakult cala tea is not as sour as I thought. Quite refreshing. Quirky place with a quirky menu. The gravy for the Curry Chicken Noodle is thick and lemak. The chicken is well cooked and well marinated. Fall off the bone soft but not disintegrating. The potato is undercooked with some crunchiness and taste of raw potato. Colleagues ordered the beef rendang. Minced beef? One liked it. The other didn't. The Assam Seafood Rice took the longest to be ready. The rest of the table has finished before it was served. Probably wait a while for the operations to stabilise before I come back to try the other food. They also have Zero Degree Gelato just next door.

Not travelling for the time being but ended up at Changi Airport cos wanderlust be living rent-free in my head~🤣✈️ If you need a fuss-free, budget-friendly meal before your flight, Noyah La Maison @noyahlamaison is worth checking out for its Pernanakan-inspired cuisine!⁣ ⁣ If it's your first time trying, go for their Kari Chicken Rice Bowl! Nothing hits the spot more than tender chicken chunks in mildly spiced & rich gravy with the intense fragrance of the curry leaves coming through! Would have preferred the potatoes to be cooked longer for a softer texture and to absorb the flavours from the gravy, but overall a hearty dish that goes well with the blue pea rice! ⁣ ⁣ We enjoyed the Noyah Mee Siam too! Felt that the assam gravy makes or breaks a good bowl of mee siam, and theirs has the right level of sweetness to balance out the tangy punch that kept us slurping on the bee hoon. Also comes with the usual suspects of boiled egg, bean sprouts and fried tau pok on the side to complement the dish.⁣ ⁣ Also, Yakult and calamansi apparently taste REALLY GOOD together?! Gonna sound like a suaku, but the Yakult Cala Tea turned out to be very refreshing!⁣ .⁣ 📍 Address: Changi Airport Terminal 3 B2-40, B2 North 40A, 819663

My first time trying out this place, at T3 basement. My expectation for the prawn aglio olio was quite high, but sadly to my taste it’s a bit too dry, and the pasta were sticking onto each other, not smooth. I believe and can confirm that it’s just overcooked by a few minutes. The prawns were really fresh though! As for the chilli garam pasta, i feel like the chilli wasn’t cooked properly as we could still taste the bitterness. Not sure if that’s their SOP though.. I would still come back to try their other dishes too!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Noyah La Maison located in Changi Airport, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The food was simply outstanding, and the service was top-notch. I must commend the culinary delights that I tasted, particularly the chicken pasta and chicken dumplings. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. The chicken pasta had a perfect blend of flavors that left me craving for more. The chicken dumplings were a delightful surprise - bursting with succulent goodness and expertly crafted. The service was equally remarkable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The ambiance at Noyah La Maison is charming, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the establishment truly sets it apart. I highly recommend Noyah La Maison at Changi Airport for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. I will certainly be returning to indulge in their delectable offerings again.

This restaurant is near to the MRT @ B2. It’s halal certified. I ordered the rice with beef redang, it’s very delicious. We also ordered a bowl of dumpling soup. I placed order from the table and tried to make payment but unsuccessful. I informed the staff and he brought the payment device to my table, it’s so efficient and convenient. They also accept Changi rewards. I ordered 2 plates of rice beef redang, a bowl of dumpling soup and 2 cups of Lipton tea, I paid about $39.

I visited during lunch time on a weekend and the place was nearly empty compared to the other eateries nearby. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, so the lack of crowd baffled me. Hopefully more people will discover this hidden gem which deserves more.

Went for late lunch with the fam. Ordered the following dishes: 1) curry chicken rice served with blue pea rice, achar and sous-vide egg. Curry is flavourful but not spicy. Good for those who want to eat curry but cannot take spicy food. 2) beef rendang served with blue pea rice. Rendang was tender and flavourful 3) mee pok carbonara is so so only. They tried to be fusion by using mee pok but should focus more on the sauce. 4) kids meal of cheesy baked rice. Nice and cheesy but please be more generous with the turkey bacon. Only a few slices. Drinks were prepared by robot so nothing to shout about. They séemed short-handed but it should be due to the fact that it was 2pm+ when we went. Total damage for 4 main dish, 1 kids meal and 3 drinks is $74. Not the cheapest but given the location and atmosphere, it's not too bad.

Very prompt and responsive service staffs. They responded quickly to my request for more laksa gravy when my bee hon absorbed all the gravy quickly. Not a word of excuse and they served up an additional generous bowl of hot gravy quickly. The food is surprisingly tasty and portion is generous which kills our apprehension of this place initially we have never eaten here before. Keep it up!

Food was pretty decent. Fusion style of food. Ordered the rendang bolognese and rendang rice. I liked that the rendang rice is served with archar. We also ordered 2 sets of kids meal- tomato prawn spaghetti and popcorn chicken with fries. Kids meals are served with a bottle of Vitagen. At the end of our meal, kids were given some activity book with color pencils. It would have been perfect if they were given while waiting for the meal.
