Sweet coin prata?! Ordered coin prata 6 pcs. I finished 1pc to try and enjoy it. I liked the texture it was served hot and crispy however I was disappointed that it’s sweet it’s not supposed to be sweet, told the chef that the coin Prata was sweet and he said “coin prata is sweet, you have to inform us if you don’t want sweet”. I looked at him and I said “well you should have asked your customers in the first place”. Very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop on September 20, 2024, around 6:05 PM. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried to order my food, the staff member told me I could only have what he wanted to give me, dismissing my requests with a disrespectful attitude. He even told me to "go away" when I asked for clarification on my order. Moreover, I noticed that food was being served without gloves, and there was rubbish left open in the food area, which is concerning for hygiene. I have photos and videos documenting this, which I plan to share soon. I believe I deserve an apology from the staff for their unacceptable behavior. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when paying for their meals. I hope the management addresses these issues.
