I ditto the other comment about the customer service here, it's non existent. The staff at the drinks stall and at the Korean stall clearly do not want to work here and are incredibly rude. The food matched their attitude, bland and undesirable. The tray stations were full and the staff were sitting down chatting. Lovely location, a couple of new stalls to be added however management needs to review this place. I'll avoid for now and stick the main food outlets in CP.

the ban mian fish soup and mala hotpot stall staff will high polite service and food tasty as well. Recommended... However the Korean cuisine although tasty also but there are a short hair lady who doing the cashier there will very bad atitude whenever scold the ordering customer must stand right infront of the cashier counter only but just only 1 step away she rejected to process payment. And she just keep seating down even see there are customer wanna to order. Due to this lady, I will never return to this food stall when she is working. Hope the management team can take action about this.

Service by ban mian stall first on the left by the server especially the fat Chinese gal is just plain irritating and annoying. The condiments that she gave for fried onion and anchovies are pathetically little. She is also rude and loud. Food wise, not as good as last time. Service level definite die. Mala shop next door gave superb service thou.

Drink stall uncle is very rude. Makciks staring and vying for seats. Almost got into argument/fight with another couple. Uncomfortable.

A very rude old man serves the drink stall. Expensive and not worth it.

Started in Jun2023, this Halal food court is clean and neatly organized. I tried the Curry Rice $5.80 with chicken cutlet. The addition of Acar and Cereal Flakes gives an extra “Oomp!” To the taste, and the stall is quite generous when I asked for extra curry!

Generous amount of noodles for my Chicken Laksa bought from the chicken rice stall. It would be great to provide some laksa leaves and sliced cucumber :)

This My Kampong foodcourt is the second one we frequent from the Kallang Wave mall one. But their Mala here is not as the same standard as the one at Kallang Wave Mall.

This review is for Korean Cuisine at Kampong Changi City Point. Not about the food, but about a staff attitude. The staff at front desk (Bronze hair big size aunty), her attitude is super rude. Literally ah Lian. The way she serve customers as if the customers own her something or have issues with her..Went there few times, and witness few times too...🙄 The higher management can try to drop by 1 day in a casual wear to experience it. Really super rude.

09/09/23 5pm i went to buy a large soya milk. I noticed that my drink had an abnormally large amount of ice. Out of curiousity, I took all ice out and put it into a bowl. Terrible, it's 2/3 ice, 1/3 drink, might as well call it ice with a side of soya milk. I went back to complain, and the old man working there refused to give me more soya milk, constantly yelling at me to add more money for more soya milk. People choose the large cup to drink more soya bean, but get so little of the drink itself? Then they should call it small size, not large size. The problem is not the ice. It is their dishonesty in running a business. Please do something about this.. Will be my 1st and also last time patronising this foodcourt!

Visited the curry and yong tau foo stalls. The food was pretty good and it was nice to have halal options, but I concurred with other reviews about the general lack of service from the various stalls, esp the Korean stall. While I was checking out the menu at the stall, the staff barked "what you want, what you want" in a very rude manner at the stranger next to me who was also looking at the menu, as if she owed the staff money. We exchanged glances and unanimously decided to walk away and checked out other stalls instead. The unpleasant attitude probably explained the lack of queue at the stall.

This review is for the Ban Mian Fish Soup store. I was in the queue, waiting to place my order and pay at the cashier's. As I stood in line, one of the Muslim staff members took order from the girl behind me. I was surprised since no one had asked me for my order. When I finally reached the cashier, the Chinese lady told me to place my order before paying. I turned to the Muslim staff member, and she started shouting, 'I asked you earlier, and you didn't want to place your order!' I was taken aback by her reaction. Firstly, I wasn't asked for my order in the first place. Even if she had asked, couldn't she have asked a second time? The cashier was very apologetic and understanding. She told me not to get angry, and wanted me to enjoy my meal without any frustration. I believe there should be signs displayed to indicate where to place orders and where to pay/collect. With clear signage, all these misunderstandings could be avoided, and there would be no need for me to be 'shouted' at for no reason." This incident marks my first and last visit to this store. I came to CCP just to satisfy my hunger, but even before I could eat, my appetite had already disappeared.

Food is good. Variety is catching up with more stalls being opened. ONE BIG PROBLEM is their cutleries spoon fork chopsticks etc are super disgusting - it is very dirty. The stall owners agreed as well. Please have some standards and properly wash the utensils. Luckily the stalls provide takeaway disposable utensils.

This review is for the Mala hotpot at My Kampung! We ordered a sizeable quantity of Mala for three people with a bunch of veggies and it was absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS. It was so flavourful and filling and my mom claims that this is the best Mala she’s had so far in Singapore! The recently renovated food court has a fresh and appealing appearance; however, during our visit, it was extremely crowded, which made the environment feel congested. Additionally, there seemed to be insufficient ventilation as the aroma of food lingered heavily in the air. :o Would highly recommend getting the Mala! (Oh and shoutout to the fruit store beside the ban main store - their melon was nice and fresh :P)
