It's like you're ordering from tweedle dee and tweedle dum. I, in plain simple English asked for two chicken and rice with veg's take away. Guy gives me two chicken at the cost of $7.50 only...during the time he was packing i even said can I have this veg? & he replied, ya this one separate. After just giving me two chicken in the plastic bag,I told him I asked for rice too, he said 'you no say, you only say chicken'.🤦🏽‍♂️. Then goes on to charge me additional for the rice and veg..me being tired from work can't be bothered to argue I just paid and left. Oh, after eating half way, I realized the chicken is Abit pink..then I proceeded to open up the chicken fully to confirm and yes it's raw. And the papadum is so stale, no crunch at all. Their hygiene is so bad. Touching so many things then packing your food. Bruh simple English don't understand can't expect your customers to learn your language to order food. Super disappointing. I miss the old guys which were working there. Friendly and speaks good English.

Had a nice meal over and served by dedicated staff. Prata is crispy and delicious, one of the best in sengkang punggol area.

Bought back bee hoon goreng ikan ibis. They didn't even fry the beehoon. Looks like its thrown into the wok and stir for fun only. Bee hoon is hard and raw. Hygiene issue as well. Handling of cooked food w bare hands and its just after use of hands to wipe off sweat from face. I threw away the whole packet of beehoon. Should have taken a pic to share here before i discarded it.

I tasted the food and decided to visit the store as I liked the taste and texture. S I vice was poor. The seller was eating when I arrived and while I was trying to decide, kept asking me what u wanted with his mouthful. I placed and order and he then went off to wash dishes and other things. About 5 minutes later, he came back and asked if my order was X and I told him no, I wanted Y. He then went off to do other stuff and came back and asked a 3rd time. This he did with the line of customers that were growing. My prata egg was literally a plain prata with an egg inside of it. No attempt was made to smear the egg. As I was the first and standing where u had full view, I know this for a fact and later confirmed this with the prata. I'm not sure why this is good but it is really nothing special. If service is enhanced and the food better, I would come back. Sadly, buyer beware
