Tried this place for the first time today and I'm hooked, I will definately be back. Friendly, professional staff and delicious halal japanese food in the heart of Orchard road. The staff went out of his way to confirm my dietary requirements, which I really appreciate! I dined in and ordered the chicken Katsu curry with side plate of Teriyaki chicken, side plate of Katsu chicken and a cranberry lemonade. Portions are huge, luckily I hadn't eaten all day and was really hungry. I didn't care too much for the Teriyaki chicken, but the Katsu curry was my favorite, it came with rice, Katsu chicken cutlet a side salad and the curry was divine. I took the spice level #2 and it was the perfect level for me, not to hot. The restaurant was busy and staff kept it clean. Cutlery was spotless and price wasn't too bad. Best thing it was Halal! I highly recommend Monster Planet for your Japanese curry fix, I will definitely be visiting again to try other items on their menu.

Tried the 2-pax meal and we already struggled to finish. Service is great, food was good too, though it felt a bit too rich. Would recommend if you’re craving for Japanese curry (and also halal). We didn’t choose the chili to be mixed with the curry and chose to order separately, which is a great option for people with poor tolerance to spice like me. Tried it and it was super spicy, probably the higher level of spice as we didn’t get choose the level of spice when we chose it to come separately.

As you enter the Centre Point, walk to the back of the mall towards your left. The restaurant is next to Watson. I was so shocked looking at the size of serving plate. Curry portion is big, suitable for sharing unless you are a big eater.

Good food and amazing service. today we break fast there and the waitresses really accommodate our needs. didn't expect the meal portion really big and please our appetite. thank you so much :)

Had a very pleasant experience eating here. In most places in Singapore, causal dining restaurants do not provide much service except for order taking and the serving of food. Sometimes food is just placed on the table and server walks off. However, it was totally different here at this outlet. I had to peep at Faridah’s name tag as I was impressed by her excellent professional service and she was so friendly. 10 stars for her service. It’s rare to find such service in Singapore. Recommendations were made and as it was our first time, she even gave us a menu for easier reference. Food was delicious and quick. Portions were huge. I had to stop 2/3 way before I could continue. Loved the omelette. Beef and chicken were a little dry but still delicious. Wished the gravy had a stronger spice taste. (Not in terms of spiciness) We had a tiring day and the dining experience at Monster Planet ended our day very nicely.
