The best hospitality experience provided by this store. Due to some personal reasons I have to be in the mall for around 7 hrs but for about 4 hrs I was sitting in the McDonald's store as it has good ventilation and seating space. Despite of heavy traffic they haven't asked my to leave the store. They managed the things very smoothly. The store team is really following all the COVID 19 safety norms. This has been observed by me during 4 hrs of waiting in the store. Every employee in out temperature is monitored, employees are using sanitizer and even cleaning all the surfaces in contact time to time. Even the POS machines are cleaned when rush is less. All these attempts has build a trust in me about the hygiene being the utmost priority for Mc Donald's store. The employees are polite, friendly and cooperative. Which enhances the customer experience

Mcd you were an amazing brand but the time your staff is not taking care of the orders is making your brand low day by day. When we are placing an order, as a customer we need a ketchup as well atleast one ketchup per burger one ketchup per mc puff which you are giving us depends on our order but when we are placing an online order by purchasing more ketchups then why your staff is not providing the ketchups which should come under my order as a free of cost. You think the customer who is eating your food is a fool. Right? If we make you popular , we can become anti mcd also. Just one post on social media can make you down. Just keep these things in your mind. Don't make us fool. If we will make you fool , you will not sustain in India. And you mcd vaishali sector 4, Too hell with you and your pathetic staff.

Quite a big outlet. Good place to have some nice fast food. You can find lots of seating tables, you can easily grab one during non peak hours. Environment is properly clean and well maintained. Staff is polite and provide quick service.

Burgers are just fine , fries are not good at all they not fresh actually chewy. Tried new grill butter chicken burger not so good not bad ......so it's an average place to hangout plus. The thing which I personally didn't like at all that mc Donald are serving drinks without the glass cap so your drink will be open all the time so there is no cap on your glass, but good things is that they give you straw which is sealed in cover. So it's all about cost ...burger King will give you glass cap but straws are without cover .......

The best McDonald's I've ever been to, the staff is really nice and polite, they actually help the customers with order related issues and are really friendly, if anyone from McDonald's HR department seeing this please consider giving them a raise. 10/10

One of the female staff stopped me from taking photo of menu, though there was no disclaimer like photography not allowed. Anyway, place is nice as usual. Large sitting area is there. Neat and clean. Like any other McD, nothing special about it.

Vaishali McDonald very good restaurants for burger and other fast foods like coke, puff, frames and many mores, there is self service catalog and payment machines, staff is well mannered and behaviour, they servicing meals on tables according to order sequence, really good place and affordable.

Encountered instances of arrogance among the staff, which affected the overall enjoyment. Suggesting a more customer-centric approach for a better experience. Food is good as always. Location is within the mall. Though sitting area got little lesser than earlier, may be because of the installation of automatic ordering machines. The atmosphere is good. The only concern is about the staff.

I visit this place at least once or twice a week. I use McDonald's app to get free mc puff, the price and the food is very good, I get a burger, a pack of fries, a small coke and a free mc puff every time in just 99 inr before tax, the place is recently renovated and the atmosphere is very good the vibes are cool and awesome they provide table service, self service, dine-in, take-away and the delivery options. I love the food and the place.

Very bad experience. They are not maintaining McDonald's standards. No frizz sprite was served to me and mother. We ordered two burgers one with cheese and one without. They gave both without cheese. The burger placing was very bad and rushed. Please work more on these things, you killed the joy today.

I recently visited McDonald's at Mahagun Mall Ghaziabad and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite ordering just 2 ice creams, I waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes without anyone bothering to check on my order. Despite asking twice, the girl at the counter kept assuring me that it was on its way. It was only after I raised my voice in frustration that they finally started preparing the ice creams. The service was abysmal and the staff were incredibly unresponsive. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this McDonald's location to anyone.

I purchased food items and observed ac was not working and MacDonald employee told ac is not working from morning . I was shocked the food provided us is safe or not ?? Even though mac employee not refunded my money and statting it will take 72 hours. And they don't have control on their Cooling part.

Very bad experience. Do not go to the Vaishali branch in your whole lifetime. Staff is rude and arrogant and there is no one at the billing counter. We received our order after 40 mins. The staff does not listen. If we are saying anything. Very bad service.

The service is poor. We asked for one burger and they charged us for a completely different and more expensive one. We asked the lady who takes orders to do something about it but she refused at first stating thst she takes 10,000 orders in a day and she knows how to do her job. Later, on pressing them a bit, they agreed to process the refund and gave me a phone number to call on. Its been over a week and I havent received my refund yet. Moreover, they are not even picking up the phone. They are often out of Ice Teas and their burgers are not upto the mark. For a basic soft serve, I had to wait for around 30 minutes. I have seen alot of swiggy and zomato people complaining about the same issue as well.

The consistency which is what we love about Mcdonalds is nowhere at this outlet. In my last 3 visits, 2 times I have felt they are serving stale food. Food department should definitely look into it.

Painfully slow service. Took over 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 coffee. Burgers were ready in 5 mins (it was the only Fish burgers order they had). I waited at delivery counter to see the burgers getting cold. After lot of persuasion, they handed over the order. Coffee was over brewed. Burgers were ok. This McD is the worst - all others have fantastic service. Note that this review posted right after visiting this Mc Donald's at Metro mega mall Ghaziabad on 15 June 2024.
