The taste of McDonald’s is the same as it is everywhere so if you are a McD fan, you know. But speaking about the outlet, the place is not McD standard. Being in a city like Jodhpur, a lot is expected of it but it fails in every aspect. The restaurant is not cleaned properly or lit as well. The staff is extremely unhelpful and work painfully slowly. Mostly one cashier on the counter even when there is a Queue and upon asking they will give some random excuse. One does not visit a restaurant for food only these days. If the staff along with the manager does not improve their standard of service, like any other restaurant, regardless of the brand, it will perform poorly. Disappointed.

Hey you mendaklodak😜 you have my heart & back for sure !! The times whenever I have craved for a good time in the town everytime it has landed me to this place. The scrumptious burgers they have, the humble staff they have here makes this place worth visiting. It was the 10000 th time that I have been to this place tho putting it for the first time nvm probably that day I went all alone, had indeed a good time glancing at my outlandish mirrior image having that coke burger & fries 🍟 with it. That table in a corner gives you all the feels of being an extroverted introvert hence would suggest you the same to have that one good burger & meal of the your peaceful live here!! Just belong to that place, eat alone, vibe alone, click pictures!!! Definitely next time on you ll the only person people staring at 😅🤪!!! Hhahahahhahaha who cares when mendaklodak is there!!! Cu later, alligator 🐊 🍟!!! Love * love!! That girl on that corner seat!!

Who hasn't visited McDonald's? If you are the one let me tell you, you can get meals at only ₹104 an aloo tikki burger, salted fries, a coke and that should be enough for your hunger right? If not then you can get a ice cream softy only at ₹25 so what do you think? 🤤

The service is good compared to many other states where I have tried. The outlet was completely occupied still they served everyone on time. The burger which I tried was Veg Planner burger combo with Peri Peri fries and Pulpy orange. Good place to hangout with family, friends or even solo. The best of all I tried was Veg Planner burger. Must try if you are a vegetarian

No need to explain... Its awesome .. The consistent taste of food and awesome meals full of discounts won our hearts... One thing I should suggest they should give a small water bottle with every meal.

It's nice place and after and before late night movie it's good for hunger. Hygiene are maintained. Staff are supportive. Offers are also available on their app. After 10 pm you can Pack your order till they allow. But it's good if you nearby must visit.

I've tried multiple McDonald’s outlets, but the one in Jodhpur, Rajasthan at Connaught Plaza Restaurants seems having different services. They charge Rs. 2 separately for Chilli Sauce which is free across Maharashtra. Secondly I'm not sure what they serve on name of McVeggie for me it's was as good as simple aloo tikke… would never visit here again. A humble request to McDonald team, to look into this as we expect standard service from brand across.

Employees wear the same gloves cleaning the floor/tables, poking their nose, carrying boxes and then touching your fries/Burgers. When i asked for a fork it was thrown on the dirty counter in front of me. Other customers were sanitizing their desks because it all feels dirty. Rude staff and poor hygiene. Unbelievable this outlet hasn’t been shut down by McDonalds general management by now.

It was a nice place till the lockdown starts. It was one of the biggest and best malls in Jodhpur. Now it is under construction. Hope it gets better soon.

The restaurant's ambiance is typical of McDonald's, with a vibrant atmosphere that appeals to families, friends, and individuals alike. Ordered 1143 worth of food via Zomato from macdonalds! Sent me 3 barbeque sauce despite of clearly mentioning Mustard sauces clearly on bill! Called restaurant and the manager was ruthless asked me to call back in 5 minutes for them to check! I called 5 times after that and no one answered! SO ITS CLEAR THAT THEY DONT CARE! I wasted 400 rupees on nuggets! MACDONALDS NEED TO HIRE STAFF WHO CAN READ AND PAY THEM ENOUGH TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! ALSO GUYS DONT ORDER DELIVERY AT ALL, NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE DEALT WITH! IF YOU ARE DINING IN OR TAKEAWAY THEN DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! ALSO GUYS I WOULD RECOMMEND TO TRY OUT OTHER LOCAL BURGER OPTIONS SUCH AS BURGER FARM AND BURGRILLS, they care customer focused and value the money that we are spending at their outlet! If this hits MACDONALDS EARS THEM THEY SHOULD FIRE THE MANAGER ON DUTY INTANTLY AND START CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

The only place McDonalds in jodhpur unfortunately. It's located in a nearly disused mall where almost everything is closed. McD has to move to a bigger better place. This one is just terrible. Toilets are the mall toilets and are unclean and ill maintained. Very small outlet which means you hardly ever get a good place to sit. Seating is not comfortable. Usually quite busy, especially close to movie hall times, means longer wait times in queues and longer waits for food. Suggestion is to just swiggy/zomato from here - and skip visiting - unless it's for a movie.

Mc D has upgraded a lot. The sitting space, the facilities, the auto order facility n all. Gr8 job. It was a nice experience visiting Mc D after so long and seeing it upgraded to next level.
