This branch is a little small compared to others, but they serve amazing food nonetheless. The 2 person set was very filling that we could barely finish it. Their spiciness level is legit, so be mindful of choosing more than medium level. The owner and staff can speak great English and they even served complimentary naan for our friend who was celebrating her birthday. The store takes multiple modes of payment including cash and card. Definitely recommended! 💖

IG: Foodie_foxx The well known restaurant in Taipei which serves Indian food, always wanted to experience their food, finally got a chance today. The ambience was pleasant, quite a small place, but well managed with great staff attitude 👍, who had bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese) The prices were very much decent for Taipei life style. We ordered chicken biriyani and mutton biryani (not as expected, the rice was little wet and I feel they did not use basmati rice for biryani). They could have also added onions or other veggies in the raita, but they plainly gave curd for the biryani which was also a bit 🤔 surprising Chicken Tikka masala- very tasty, creamy and delicious to have it with butter Naan Naan garlic Naan.. Their portions are really good. For Naan they give 4 pieces (1 naan) and ranges from 50-80$ Ntd each... Naan was very soft and fluffy.. As a whole we had a good experienced an came out stomach full. Thank you MIK for serving Indian food in taiwan... Bon appetite fellows Peace ✌️ ✌️ ✌️

Ordered the lamb curry (rajasthani rogan josh) and butter naan. I like that the meat is tender. The naan is also light and good to chew. Yet, the curry is too salty for my taste that I had to drink water after each bite. Take cash and mobile payment.

It's a nice place for Indian food. You can customize the spice level according to your palate and they have inhouse Indian food ingredient and sweets shop. Food was amazing and service was good.

Dear friends/愛的朋友, !!警告Caution!! Spreading awareness for healthy life. 傳播健康生活意識 Please think before you purchase anything from this store. We purchased Doda barf 100% Hygiene (衛生) and made with care (as labeled), was covered with fungus (發霉). Poha, Suji and Besan almost to get expired within few days, Photos attached 快過期了(附照片). I guess he uses the same expired products to serve in the restaurant, as after cooked it's difficult to know. It's not the first time to happen, many people faced the similar issue. Boss simply says sorry and then carry on with his dirty business. So called the reputed restaurant in Taiwan. Is this your quality food? Is this your standard? Is this what you serve in your restaurants? Sorry to say but I am really angry with this, I hope anyone would be the same.

Some good some bad. A vegetarian thali. From Google "Thali is a complete meal served on a single plate. Characterized by eye-popping variety and an imposing quantity, thali easily contains 10 to 15 dishes (including rice and bread)". Mayur Indian Kitchen thail was 1 mix vegetable curry, 1 yellow rice, a Western salad and small but tastey desert(see photo). The curry was pretty good so was the rice, BUT IT WAS NOT A THAIL. I could have just ordered a veggy curry & rice! The chicken tikka was probably the best dish ordred. The chicken vindaloo was only pieces of chicken in a not particularly spicy watery gravey. I can’t comment on my friend's dishes. Surprisingly there were a lot of indians eating there - maybe they get a discount or properly spiced Indian food or a thali with multiple vegetable curries as shown on their dishonest menu. My friend treated us to dinner, so a big shout goes out to him. Mayur Kitchen - you can obviously cook, so why not do it well? If you were in the UK and served food of this quality, you woukd be closed in a month, and you know it!

The food is really good. The service staff are very professional and friendly. A cozy place for a family lunch and dinner. Totally recommend this place if you are looking for really nice indian food with your loved ones.

The service is pretty good and the place is clean, they also have wide variations of Indian cuisine. I ordered 2 curries, butter chicken and another flavor (I forgot🥲), garlic naan, onion naan and mango lassi. Overall I would rate it 7.5/10 It is good but there’s definitely better Indian food in Taipei.

We dined at Mayur Indian Kitchen; the location is convenient, close to the shopping area and Taipei 101. The street, though tranquil, is dimly lit. The exterior of the establishment may not make a strong impression, but inside, it is well-organized, albeit compact. For starters, we ordered papadams, which were tasty, but the portion size left me surprised – it was notably small. We also tried the sweet coconut Naan, which, contrary to its name, was more of a bread with sweet cream. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend it; it lacked shredded coconut and a rich flavor. Moving on to the main course, the basmati rice was disappointing, lacking any distinct flavor – unusual for Indian restaurants where basmati rice typically carries a delicious aroma and taste. The Chicken Tikka Masala and Punjabi Butter Chicken were flavorful and enjoyable, earning a 7 out of 10 rating. For beverages, we ordered a mango lassi, which was genuinely good, but I found the portion size relatively small for its price. Service was good, very educated personal. General observations include a suggestion for more culturally fitting music (rather than Jazz), small and somewhat dirty restrooms that require handwashing outside among diners. Notably, during our visit, the chef went to the restroom, returned, and washed his hands without using soap. While I might consider returning, it's not a place I would enthusiastically recommend.

The butter chicken was spiced perfectly, the mango lassi was with fresh mangos and the garlic naan was flavorful!
