Wasn’t sure what to get, so they recommended the spicy crusted chicken rice set. It was definitely a good treat but not quite spicy . Felt the portion was a little small. The staff were friendly & they had an interesting way of collecting your meal for dine in or takeaway, where they pull out a trolley of food and you pass them according to your buzzer. If you’re looking for lunch, probably want to go earlier to avoid the working crowd. And less seats around as well, since that’s the only dining area in the building

Love the spice-crusted chicken, golden fried chicken, and basil minced chicken! Slightly pricey for a work day lunch, but the food quality and comfort from air conditioning is worth it (evident from the massive crowds during peak lunch hour). Located at the NUHS Tower Block, this place is probably not too convenient for non-staff, as the linkway from NUH requires staff pass for access, and the only way is to walk one big round to come in by the main entrance.

We love heading to MAM MAM for a comforting meal after our doctor’s appointments. Their porridge has the perfect consistency and comes with a fragrant scallion ginger sauce and is my usual go-to. To get here from the wards, register at the reception counter at Zone D. Let the reception staff know you’re headed to the cafeteria at Tower Block. There are a few gantries to get past and a bit of a maze to navigate - follow the signs carefully. You may want to avoid visiting during lunch hour as it gets really packed with healthcare/corporate workers.

We’ve been here a couple of times and the food never disappoints! Personally, the spice crusted chicken is THE winner! Even though the duck is delectable too. The salmon is slightly above average and does its job in satisfying my salmon craving.

1. Signature Spice Crusted Chicken Leg Rice Bowl S$9.90 2. Signature 100 hour Duck Confit Rice Bowl S$14.90 3. Fragrant Wok Fried squid with pepper, chilli and onion rice bowl 4. Slow roasted Norwegian speciality Salmon Bowl S$12.90 ( suppose to wok fried sliced beef with ginger and scallion rice bowl, but as we don’t eat beef, so they changed it to salmon) 2X Signature Cucumber Lime 2X Home Brewed Premium White Chrysanthemum We also tried their tomato egg(S$12.90), steam Broccoli with baby conpoy and egg white, Black Chicken Ginseng Soup (S$7.90) and Lotus Root with Cuttlefish soup Love their food 😋😋. My favorite has to be their chef Sebastian”s spice crusted chicken. The juicy chicken leg crusted with a special blend of 16 spices, cooked to perfection. Love this so much 😋😋 ,. Chef Sebastian”s Signature 100 hour Duck Leg Confit is marinated with Asian spices for 2 days, slow cooked for 24 hours until tender. The duck is then pan fried. This one is another must order, as it just taste yummy 😋 ,. I also like their Norwegian salmon filled that is cooked over low temperature to maintain a succulent pink centre. It is tender and tasty. 😋 ,, Their double bowl soup is also good, I love the lotus root with cuttlefish that is nutritious doubled boiled. Very flavorful. ,. Review posted on my IG: yummymich
