Halal sushi are not easily available so my go to for sushi are from Maki-san and they do make good sushi to my liking. I am not a fan of salads but yesterday was my first time ordering the Mega San (DIY salad with option to choose meat) at the outlet. Staff there very nice and friendly. I am so impressed when i open the lid to find beautifully arranged veges and meats. After mixing everything with the Fragrant Sesame sauce, the first bite of lettuce was the kind that had the crispy and fresh crunch. Other veges are also fresh and portions are good. Straight away i finish up the bowl followed by sushi. My compliments to this outlet for serving fresh food and good halal food option.

Hands down the worst salad I've ever eaten in Singapore. I think it's better if I DIY this on my own. 1. Food portions and quality is pathetic 2. Truffle mayo was like jelly when it came and it did not go well with the soba at all 3. Crab sticks were straight from the freezer lol The Salmon Says roll ($13) was also v disappointing. Miserably thin strip of sashimi. Just get Stuff'd salad for delivery. Cheaper and at least 4x the portions and way better quality.

Quite disappointed in this branch leh. I ordered takeaway mega DIY salad but the bowl was so light? For the price $9.90 is super not worth it. It’s just lettuce, I think ur staff can put in more leaves to fill it up to the brim? The Cajun chicken is just a what 4 thin slice? The boiled egg was half an egg??? Egg very cheap only sia. The baby potatos… huh it’s like garlic chips sia. I know I’m on a diet so I chose salad but right cannot leh. It’s like baby meal. The little San how? Very hard to compete with other places. Only the sauce not bad and acceptable portion. The sushi is good tho. But I cannot eat a lot of carbs now. Can help a bit? Put a bit more into the bowl leh plssssss. U see my friend (3rd pic), she 5 mins finish the bowl leh and she daaaaaaamn skinny one. She always cannot finish her meal one. But today she broke record. I’m very impressed. But yeah I hope to see Maki salad would be as good as Maki sushi in the future. Thank u while I eat another tofu.

Both the quality and quantity have dropped significantly. I ordered the mega san (biggest one at $13.90+) and the portion was so tiny. Several sides came frozen too! I am disappointed

I had very bad experience with one of the chinese lady staff there , she already prepared my order and placed it at the counter and she knew the order was mine as I was the only person waiting. She was doing something else that after so I waited for another 15 minutes at the counter before I ask her to release my order politely but she was extremely furious after hearing that , she told me to cancel my order if I cannot wait with a rough tone . It happened twice to me with this same lady and outlet ,to improve the service and protect the company’s image I hope the company’s management can look into this matter as soon as possible.

Bought for the first & last time at this branch. It wasn't like there was any queue, in fact biz looks really bad as staff idled at the stall while waiting for orders whereas neighbouring eateries were bustling with orders. I ordered cold soba but went home with my take away order, only to discover that the staff gave me cold udon which is a definite no for patients with certain medical conditions such as diabetes those who are overweight. As I was already back home, I wasn't able to take transport back to this outlet to demand for a rectification of their mistakes! We will never buy from them again. It is little wonder why the biz is so bad at this branch & their food looks stale. Buying from this outlet is akin to good money flushed into the drain. Not recommended!
