Went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were warmly welcomed and service was amazing. My kids loved the Mac&Cheese and the steaks we had were cooked perfectly and the sauces just added on to the wonderful flavour. They provided free dessert on the house since it was my wife’s birthday complete with a happy birthday song. We had a wonderful experience throughout our time there. Would definitely recommend to come here.

It was my wife’s birthday and I decided to dine here due to the vibe and surrounding. The meat was cooked to perfection! The cheese sauce was shockingly good! Chef Troy personally serve us and explain to us the different sauce that was offered. The lava cake was very delicious! Mixture of the cold ice cream and hot lava cake was perfect! Melts in the mouth! Shoutout to the the great service by chef Troy and I’ll definitely be a returning customer!! KUDOS!!

My wife and I came to Luciano’s for the first time shortly after they opened. The service from the moment we entered was friendly and made you feel very comfortable. We both ordered steak and tried a couple different side dishes. The food and ingredients were top notch and did not disappoint. We have been back several times since and no matter what we order are always impressed with the food and service. You can definitely count on an enjoyable evening with the high quality food and attentive service from the staff (including the amazing Chef).

Food was amazing! Our steaks (rib eye and striploin) were perfectly seasoned and medium rare. Service was warm and welcoming, and I appreciate how the servers took our orders instead of having to put it through a QR code! This allowed a nice diner-server exchange. Would recommend and totally come back :)

Nice experience. Although we went at last minute closure, the chef was kind enough to take our order. Meat were melt in the mouth. As a family, we enjoyed the food. Price wise, very competitive. Worth every single dollar.

Went to dine in at Lucky Luciano for our anniversary dinner. Our 1st time there & trust me,it wont be the last. From the start till the end ,everything went smoothly. We had the prime rib board that we shared among the 2 of us,medium rare and it cooked perfectly .the meat was really tender, melt in your mouth, dip together with the mustard sauce, really goes well.We ordered the mac&cheese, twin baked potatoes & also the yorkshire pudding. After our hearty dinner,we had the molten lava cake as a complimentary dessert..Overall,we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come & visit again.Thank you to Ashraff for the friendly welcoming, explaining the menu available & the complimentary dessert. You guys should try this place ! You will never regret ! :)

I had high expectation for my first visit here. Unfortunately, it fell below average to my standard of "steakhouse". Meals does not come with side dish so u have to add on. Very poor plating. Just look at the photos. Almost bare and not appetising. Pepper Lunch, Aston by Andes, or those coffee shop steaks I think the food appears tastier and appetising. Portion for meat were so small! It was unexpected for the price. Doneness of meat was not what we requested for. So paiseh to bring our family n friends here. Roasted chicken took more than half an hour. Don't order this if u can't wait. Staff did not inform that we have to wait this long. The rest of the guests have to watch me eat when they have finished their meals ages ago. I have not finished the sauces while eating the roasted chicken, the cook/server keep clearing our table. This action is signaling us to quickly leave the restaurant. Disrespectful in our opinion. You guys are not running a buffet line. Location is not so convenient. Sorry not recommended.

This is my second time coming here in 3 weeks and I feel like that says something. Truly a Fantastic steak dinner. Ashraf was very welcoming and accommodating. There was excellent service recovery and great product knowledge. All the meats we got were excellent, you can’t go wrong with picking anything. Thank you Ashraf for being a top guy. Will definitely come back here.

I visited Lucky Luciano Steakhouse for my mother's birthday last week. Frankly, it ranks among the least satisfying steakhouses I've experienced. The sole redeeming factor was Ashraf, our waiter, who truly elevated our evening. His attentiveness, clear menu explanations, and engaging demeanor were commendable. He even went above and beyond by preparing a special dessert for my mother, complete with a candle. Ashraf's exceptional service merits the two stars I'm giving. However, the food was really disappointing. Despite spending around $800, the quality and quantity failed to justify the expense. The sharing platter's lamb rack was excessively salty, requiring drowning in sauces to be palatable. The sharing platter tenderloin was passable at best, while the sharing platter bone-in prime rib was disappointingly subpar. The bone marrow was tasteless, resembling nothing more than oily mush, hardly worth a spoonful. The chargrilled octopus tentacle, priced at $28, was a sad joke with its minuscule size. The roast chicken was satisfactory. In comparison to other steakhouses I've frequented, this experience fell extremely short. Burnt Cheesecake was poorly done, and the Molten Lava Cake merely average. The ambience felt cramped and uninspired, further detracting from the overall experience. Additionally, the parking situation was particularly troublesome. In sum, our visit fell well way below expectations. I regret to say that I won't be returning, nor can I recommend this establishment to others.
