I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share this experience. Very disappointed with the service at Krispy Kreme Clementi Mall. We’ve had a few unpleasant experiences with one of the counter staff recently. I’m not sure if she is the same staff member we encountered previously, as my daughter remembers another lady who was much friendlier and welcoming. Today, when we were told that cash was not accepted, I explained that I didn’t have enough balance on my card at that moment. The staff immediately took back the donut my daughter had chosen. I stepped aside to arrange a transfer and came back to purchase it. The issue wasn’t the cashless payment policy, but the ATTITUDE. She appeared more focused on her phone than attending to customers, and her visibly UNFRIENDLY and UNHAPPY expression made the interaction even more unpleasant. Hopefully management can look into this. Basic courtesy and good customer service should always be part of the experience.

Review on the Harry Potter doughnuts 4 stars for design effort and to bring in this collab from the US. It is good for photos, bright vibrant colors. But it is really way too sweet. None of us could take more than 2 bites.

My first time trying the og glazed donuts. I know it’s supposed to be sweet, but it’s rather too sweet even for a sweet tooth like me. The donut itself didn’t stand out. It was just okay to satisfy my cravings.

Female Staff was so rude. She was using the phone blatantly in front of me and I had to say excuse me many times. Even afterwards, I was glared at and then begrudgingly served.
