A new coffee bar in the CBD. Espresso tonic was spot on. Hojicha latte was good as well. Ladies behind the counter were nice and friendly. Congrats on the second outlet!

Surprised that there are no reviews - heard that the shop is running an awesome pay-any-amount-you-like for a drink! Edit: I gave this place a try and it definitely deserves a 5-star rating for its current soft launch promotion! I ordered a hot chocolate drink at around 5pm on a weekday afternoon, and there was no queue (which was awesome!). The cup is not really big, but no biggy because it’s such a great promotion. The space is also really big and nice - definitely a nice touch. Would highly recommend!

Curated Culture Probiotics Tea is perfect with their Almond Croissant on a hot day, yummy!! Love how light and refreshing Curated Culture tastes. Best thirst quencher with healthy benefits!

On the grinder - Mexican Finca La Galera with bold stone fruit and star fruit-like notes. Kōhī just opened at the UIC building on the first floor in their soft launch period with a pay-as-you-wish model. Hit them up in their new space!

Saw the good reviews and was expecting the same experience. Got one that left much to be desired. Service is lacking sorely despite its potential to be a great coffee shop. Passive aggression has no place in customer service. Suggest to go elsewhere for coffee.

I had the coconut hojicha and honestly it was the weirdest drink I've ever had... Was expecting it to be something like coconutty hojicha latte whereby it's creamy and slightly sweet. But the combination did not match at all and just tasted so weird. It definitely didn't help as the coconut water was the bottled kind which generally taste weird on its own. As a comparison the watermelon latte by Luckin Coffee tasted so good but this was omg... I honestly suggest to the team to remove this drink from the menu to avoid damaging the reputation of the store. As for the dark mocha it was normal. It wasn't bad but sadly wasn't worth the money..

Kohi Roastery & Coffee Bar soft launched the new outlet on 28th March 2023 at Shenton Way, UIC building L1 offering some unique Arabica blends with the even more unique concept of “pay what you want “ to start with . Offers great coffee experience with the cheerful staff and good service. The beans are from Myanmar (grind offerings) & granules from Columbia (3 filter coffee offerings) with citrus , floral and fruity notes with light-medium roasts. The 1st day was a easy walk in collection , but 2nd day onwards the staff was overwhelmed with orders pouring in with up to 30 minutes waiting time ! But the coffee is worth the wait specially if your office is nearby , just return to pick it up later or hang around for coffee meetings in their seating area . Espresso : thick Body , prominent creama and flavorful with a citrusy acidity, Filter coffee - Columbia Daisy Tabi - A light clean and balanced taste with a fruity aroma. Will try the others one by one ! A great place to hang out as well and always a buzz with regular coffee lovers or curious ones who just want to try a cuppa .

Didn't sit but looks awesome for a tea time catchup with colleagues or friends dropping by, good acoustics for talking. Coffee is brewed from an in-house blend and doesn't taste like the generic Liberty Coffee beans that most coffee places around CBD uses, extraction was 💯, managed to taste the fruitiness, serving temperature was ideal too. Noice.

Another good spot for a caffeine fix in CBD. The coffee tasted good, very aromatic, well balanced, not bitter and not acidic. Just one thing to note, the milk was steamed too hot and tasted slightly burnt. It was also difficult to drink since they used a glass cup without handle, so it was too hot to touch. Otherwise, everything was totally fine.

Originating from Bangkok, Kōhī has 2 chain outlets in Singapore - 1 in Joo Chiat and another here in central. Other than their standard range of coffee, the place is also known for their signature selections such as their Espresso Tonic and Espresso OJ. I went with their Kohito, replacing the fresh milk with Oatside oat milk($7 +$1). Remember to give it a good mix before drinking. The drink itself is refreshing and minty, a good beverage for a hot day. Fair to say, this drink was reminiscent of a Mojito but I couldn’t really comment much on the coffee components as the minty flavours were very prominent!

I visited this Kohi for the first time recently and had a great experience overall. While trying out their coffee, I found it to be a little stronger than I usually prefer. However, a staff member named Desiree noticed and kindly asked if everything was alright. She listened to my feedback openly and explained their coffee-making process, which helped me understand why it was stronger. Desiree then went above and beyond by recommending a different drink that she thought would suit my taste better. To my surprise, she even prepared it for me to try without me asking (honestly I very paiseh also offered to pay for the extra drink, but they say don’t need). I was impressed by her attentiveness and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Aside from the fantastic service, the cafe had a wonderful atmosphere and chill vibes that made my visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate the staff’s friendliness and willingness to tailor their offerings to customers’ preferences. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Not bad for a quick caffeine fix if you are in the CBD area, the coffee has a good balance between the acidity and bitterness. Just one thing to note is that they put in too much ice in the takeaway cup, so the amount of coffee is actually a bit too little or probably they expect the customer to wait for a while until the ice gets melted before drinking?
