We came here in the evening and it was not too crowded. Ordered their pho noodle soup with beef, Bun noodle with grilled beef and summer rolls with beef. Out of the 3 we liked the rolls best. They are crunchy and flavourful. Noodles wise, tasted ok and nothing to shout about. The bill came up to about $35 which I feel is slightly on the pricey side for the quantity/quality I'm getting. Overall still worth trying if you craved vietnamese food.

Mango/papaya salad with soft-shell crab was good. The salad had a good crunch topped with roasted peanuts. The lemongrass drink was a disaster, tasteless. Good service throughout meal, every contact was with a smile. If not for the drink, I would have given a 4-star rating.

Nice & good service staff. But vegetarian bahn mi I chose was just sad 😔😢😢 Extremely dry, hard, poor quality, not crisp baguette… again more dry, rough tofu strips. Sauces are just cheap tomato/Chili sauce & Mayo smeared, limited veggies that aren’t that fresh, & entire bahn mi doesn’t come together well at all. Highly do not recommend. Could easily construct a better sandwich 🥪 bun myself 💔 Stars given only for staff. Many other real proper Vietnamese bahn mis out there! Just don’t get it from So Pho 🥺🥶 if looking Tampines side, bahn mi thit has a more legit baguette.

Average tasting food that is priced on the slightly higher side. Service too was not worth the service charge. Asked for some spicy sauce to accompany our food and was rudely responded to by a server.

Decent Vietnamese food at affordable prices. Slice beef & tendon was quite tough. Beef balls were ok. Papaya & Mango Salad portion a tat small but good flavour with ikan bills. 2 sauces were provided for the spring rolls, which was appreciated. Drinks were expensive though as portion was small. Would recommend their drip coffee if you need a drink for your meal.

Delicious! So Pho is able to bring out the essence of Vietnamese cooking, the soup! The Pho was really delicious even though I was sick and my taste buds were a little off! Also the price point was okay and was well worth the price!

Took awhile to show us where to seat. Even though it's almost empty because we came around 8.30pm. Seated suddenly the staff gave us a Qr code piece of paper. Order from here and he walked away. Luckily my daughter is a frequent diner there. She knows how to order through her phone. Gave us chopsticks. The spoon and fork place far away from us. No one said is it ok to use chopsticks since we are not familiar using it. The noodles is not much inside in a big bowl. End of the day pay 10% Surcharge and 8% GST. On top of the what we ordered.

Baby cockroaches crawling around our viet spring rolls. Tried calling for the staff but to no avail. So no choice had to personally bring the plate with the cockroaches still crawling around the plate to the food counter. Informed the staff and all they said was "Okay". Their reaction seemed like its not the first time and no apologies were said. They served the new spring rolls and again, nothing was said.

Suitable for solo travelers. This Vietnamese-style restaurant is also a chain, and their basic beef noodle set is quite good. The beef is tender, and the seasoning is authentic. However, they tend to use a bit too much salt; although extra salt can enhance the flavor, it can leave diners quite thirsty after the meal. Initially, I ordered through delivery, but their delivery service was not good, as the soup would often spill during delivery. You can only enjoy the soup when dining in. In terms of value for money, it's quite reasonable and a restaurant you can visit regularly. #SoloDining

Not bad Vietnamese food in the mall area. Pho is good, tasty and hearty broth! Bun noodles not so much to my taste buds but the lemongrass chicken was really good - seasoned well and with charred/grilled taste.

This restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Tampines Mall.They offer a wide variety of Vietnamese food. Orders are placed via QR code, and payment can be made after your meal. The pho is delicious. They also offer vegetarian options. The staff provides good service. The food waiting time is acceptable. Iced water is available for 50 cents. Vietnamese coffee is priced around $6. While it's not the cheapest, it's definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed their bun noodles - The sauce was slightly spicy and price is decent for restaurant ($12.80). Service was alright. Overall good experience and will definitely try their pho next time.
