There was a line, but for me it was absolutely worth it. The burger was the real standout, especially with the different sauces, and the omelet and egg were just as memorable. I’d happily come back to Kiwamiya Shibuya PARCO Store and wait again for a meal like that.

We went to eat halal food, it was very delicious and the staff were very considerate and kind. They changed their gloves before preparing our food, only served halal sauces and prepared another plate for us to cook our meat. Even some muslim people aren't this mindful so I am very happy to find this place. Definitely coming again if I get the chace👍👍

The best steak I had while visiting Tokyo. I visited Shibuya Branch which located inside Parco. Price still affordable compared with other steak house. We ordered imari beef steak2. Taste supperrr good! We ordered 2 times because 1 was not enough. Unfortunately, we didn't try the famous hamburg. Will come back again for sure!

Queue to get a seat is fairly efficient. Not ideal for big groups of people who would want to sit together. Be prepared to sit separately. Food: Hamburg Steak was actually better tasting compared to the steak despite it being way cheaper. Best to pair with the salt provided. Cons: the salad had so little dressing that I barely touched it. Not sure though if doing ala carte is better since it’ll come out more expensive I think. Pros: free refills for all sides if you order the combo set. Took advantage of the free ice cream refills. Tips: 1. Make sure to decide quick on what you want to order since they take your orders while you’re waiting in the queue. Would recommend the hamburg + beef. 2. Food items do NOT come with rice. Rice is ordered separately. Staff will remind you though. 3. You have to cook your own dish (sear it basically). Kids might need assistance. 4. Use metal chopsticks to cook. Wooden for eating.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend — apparently it’s quite popular among both locals and tourists in Tokyo. We went right at opening on a weekday lunch, and there was already a line. Ended up waiting about 20–25 minutes, which was still manageable. The space isn’t as smoky as a typical yakiniku spot, but you will still leave with a bit of a smell on your clothes, so something to keep in mind. The setup is quite interesting. You choose the size of your hamburger steak, and the chef shapes it fresh in front of you. It’s initially cooked to a light doneness, and then you finish cooking it yourself at the table. This DIY element seems to be part of the appeal, but personally I found it a bit challenging. I’m not the biggest fan of cooking at the table, and the oil can splatter onto your hands, clothes, and even your phone, so just be careful. It works quite well for solo dining or two people, but with three it can feel a bit cramped. In terms of the food, it’s decent and pairs nicely with rice for a quick meal. That said, the overall experience feels a bit conflicted — it’s not quite fast enough for a casual lunch given the wait, but also not compelling enough as a destination meal for me to come back regularly. I’d say it’s worth trying once, especially if you’re curious. The omelette and egg dishes were actually very good, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
