Not your traditional Japanese Hambagu steak with pork, onions or panko in it. Just seared beef patties, and you cook to your preferred doneness on a hotstone. Still delicious though when paired with riasu and sosu. 👍🏽 Expect a long queue. 😆

The Hamburg and steak are a must have. The steak melts in your mouth.. This restaurant only has counter seating for around 20 people. If you come with a large group, then expect to wait a bit or seat separately. The is a queue most of the time, but people to stay too long. The wait is worth it. Remember to ask staff for help to change your cold stone.

Tried Kiwamiya Hakata and can understand why it is so popular! Grilling your own hamburg steak on the hot stone was a unique and enjoyable experience, and being able to cook each bite to your preferred doneness made it even more special. The hamburg itself was juicy and flavourful, especially when paired with the different sauces and condiments provided. However, one downside was having to change the hot stone several times as it cooled down, which became a little frustrating. By the end of the meal, I was honestly getting a bit tired from cooking my own hamburg too 😂. Still, the interactive dining experience was fun and memorable, and it's definitely worth trying at least once when visiting Fukuoka!

Sunday late lunch, waited outside like 10mins, they take orders while still outside. Then inside, after 10mins got our food. Food is good, I would say, nothing bad about it. Ordered the halal version. Even in hamburger patty version, the wagyu meat still got the juicyness from the fat, but it would be great if they could add wagyu slice in the halal menu. Price is as expected for wagyu, matches the portion, I think. And the side dishes is free to refill. The environment is as expected, full of grilling smell, sizzling sound, restaurant's worker thanking and welcoming the customers. Yes, your cloth, your hair, will absorb the grilling smell. Small dining area, once finished, need to get out and give seat for other people. Of course they will not say "please leave now", just common sense.

Located inside the station mall, the place had quite a queue from tourists and some locals. Menu stays the same: either the waygu hamburg steak and beef steak. Rice from the set could be refilled; staff would help change the heated stone to a new one if you find the temperature is dropping. Place was quited limited so you will have to put your bags on the wall and sit closely with other customers.
