The food taste good, but I think the key highlight is the Chicken. It was cooked well, the size is big, the coconut crumbs taste good and a lot. When you eat, you will feel satisfied. The service is nice, it takes a short time for food to be served, although the food come first before the drink. The space a bit narrow tho, so its good to eat and go after that.

Shop is located within the CT hub mall, not along the alley of pubs. The meat was super tender and it’s the first ayam berempah that doesnt feel too heaty or too rich. Chilli is the spicy kind not sweet but not overly spicy too. Look how well the egg is cooked too! The only con is the rice is too little! I would love a larger rice portion along with each bite of the chicken. Would recommend you to order an extra rice portion. Ordered the yuzu citron and they use the legit citron peel inside the drink. Undoubtedly the best nasi lemak berempah, worthy of michelin.

Saw a lot of reels recommending the nasi lemak here and came to try. I went when lunch peak was ending. the staff was busy and no guidance was given on seating and how to order. When I enquired at the cashier, the staff was distracted holding multiple roles and I was not served properly. I had to wait in between her shuffling to get to ordering. Customers have to find own tables. Remember your table number and can order from qr code scan. There was not much choice to choose for food. Everyone is going for the signature one so I had to order to try it. It was no doubt delicious, cripsy fried, well seasoned, chicken tender and portion was just nice. But to pay 13.90 for the nasi lemak is not a everyday eat. I would say it is superior as compared to other nasi lemak. No matter how I like it, the high price made it unaffordable for me to eat more than I would like. Shop is hard to locate. Hidden behind a kiosk (belongs to another restaurant). I have to walk the entire level 1 to find it.

Kitchenman Nasi Lemak serves one of the best nasi lemak experiences you can find in Singapore. Even though I arrived around 2pm, all of their fried chicken and fish were already sold out, which says a lot about how popular they are. We ended up ordering the Classic Nasi Lemak, and it was absolutely delicious. The coconut rice was wonderfully fragrant and fluffy. The sambal was rich, flavourful, and had just the right amount of heat. The peanuts had a nostalgic, homemade taste, while the ikan bilis was super crispy and fried to perfection, adding a satisfying crunch to every bite. The drinks were surprisingly good too. Both the iced asam boi and iced syrup were refreshing, and the white coffee had a rich, enjoyable flavour that complemented the meal well. I'm definitely coming back to try their famous fried chicken and ayam kunyit, as they looked incredibly tempting. Overall rating for the Classic Nasi Lemak: 4.6/5 stars. Highly recommended!

Saw this on TikTok and decided to give this place a try as it is Michelin rated for 2024/25 & had high expectations. Service 3.5/5 QR menu is not done up well. Egg selection only had a “well done” option. It wasn’t clear that there’s a selection for the chicken part (breast or thigh) & only found out after paying and saw the chicken part given. That said, the staff was kind enough to allow change from breast to thigh. Food 3.5/5 The chicken is certainly the best part from the plate as it was fried fresh upon order and was tender & juicy. However the rice was a little soggy and wasn’t fluffy at all. Too little chilli was provided and it wasn’t spicy or flavourful enough. Conclusion In my opinion, there are much better Nasi Lemak available elsewhere that’s nicer and less pricey ($13.80/portion) & would not likely eat this again.
