Went dinner with friends. We enjoyed ambience of the place and their customer service was very nice. Food was amazing too it would have been great if they had lobster as well but they said they ran out that day. Will definitely visit next time .

I came for the 50% off promotion on their mega mix bag. When I asked the waitress which sauce was the most popular among the four options, she suggested that garlic butter and lemon pepper were the traditional flavors. I was surprised she didn't recommend Cajun sauce, as I thought that should be the traditional choice. The sauce turned out to be a little too salty for my taste. I had selected the spicy option with a mid-range spice level, but it turned out not to be spicy at all. While the mix bag was advertised to contain a lot of items, I was disappointed to find that instead of the promised 1kg of pipis and 12 baby octopus, I only received 6 pipis and 2 baby octopus. The freshness of the seafood was a mystery, as the small blue swimmers and crawfish were mushy. The baby octopus just melted in your mouth, indicating that it wasn't fresh at all. Even the corn seemed a little off in terms of texture. The portion size was another letdown. The advertisement claimed it was suitable for 5-6 people, but it felt more like it could serve 3 people, at most 4. I'm grateful that I didn't experience an upset stomach after this meal, but I will never return, and I definitely do not recommend it.

Worst experience ever. Service and food quality. Fathers day. Slow service. Cold kids meal. Substituted items without notification fish and chips for fish fingers. We got a $99 bag and it was tiny and missing a couple prawns and the potatoes, everyone on out table commented on the size. Ended up spending $700 and got refunded 3x kids meals. Would never come back. 4x Canadian club cans $53. Service was poor had to ask for water 3x occasions over 40 minutes when we arrived and ended up walking to bar and waiting to get it myself. Had to ask wait staff for drinks order 30 mins after we arrived, had to ask staff to take our order near 1 hr after arriving, 2x tables walked out while we were there. Table next to us didn't have drinks or anything around an hour after we were there already. Asked 2x staff members whether they were understaffed and both responded no, so I assume they were just poorly trained. I also had to ask for a 2nd round of drinks. It wasn't busy when we arrived at the first sitting 12.00. We would never go back to highett, ever. Shame as I was wanting to go here for about 12 months. Different experience but if you are looking for quality service I'd give it a miss.

I was so hungry and soon as we arrived to see darkness in carpark, no lights in front entrance and to walk inside and we we were the only customers. Then a few people arrived, I have had better seafood boil experience. Over priced and average service.

3 adults 2 kids 12 n under, Tasty & definitely filling as we needed a doggy bag. Will be back
