The food is halal certified i am very surprised of the quality control of the product chicken is great and juicy, just remember to use the kiosk the counter can be very crowded and understaffed, but the service is nice.

Today I went to FKC with my family for dinner but I have been to this restaurant many times before. Sometimes their food is good but today they let it down because their burger was very dry and cold and their bun was also very hard and when I took the wings set from them, the wings they had were cold and very undercooked because I couldn't even bite into it. The wings were bleeding and my heart was very broken and their customer service was very moody. The guy who was taking our order was very moody. He didn't have any heart to take our order or work. Okay, he was taking it with a very bad attitude and I would like to give zero marks to the first restaurant because they have started serving very bad food day by day and they are ruining the heart of the customer and I never want to eat food from their restaurant again.

This KFC only use paper and plastic food utensils, create a lot of non recycle rubbish. Not environmental friendly. Lack of social responsibility.
