As far as I know, the cashier said it was free, but on the receipt they charged us 40 thousand or so....we're buying KFC, not buying a CD.

Not all KFC menu items are available in every region. Yesterday, I ordered Orea Sunday and it was available in Palembang, but it wasn't in Lubuklinggau. Even if it wasn't available, there should have been a notice at the front that some items were unavailable. This would have prevented customers from waiting in long lines and wasting their time. Please address my criticism. Thank you.
