One of the coolest KFC in Balikpapan because location is on the heart of city. There is second floor to see city view with traffic and building around.

It's a KFC outlet across Balikpapan Plaza. Menu is the same as any other outlet, there's KFC coffee stand here if you want Crushers. It's clean, have many tables and there's children Playground. Unfortunately the second floor can't be used cause of covid restriction.

This KFC is one of the biggest KFC in this town, it provides with playground, KFC krushers also Coffee for you to enjoy donuts or any other snacks This place is clean, the staffs were friendly well, except the lady who serve at KFC coffee maybe that day she had bad one so I didn't get any smiles from her. The location is very easy. It's located at busy place and at the center beside the big hotel and across to Balikpapan plaza, impossible you get lost. Why I like to complain isn't about the KFC itself but the customer. KFC is campaigned to have self service after eating but seem the people who come around like to be served and put their dirty dishes on the table while KFC serve the rubbish bin which you can throw your trash by yourself
