Disappointed as always, especially their rude and very harsh Security Personnel, slash Cleaning Service outsourcing. It’s 24hours Fried Chicken Joints, but more felt like any Street Food Stalls or what we called here as “Warung”. Even after all the seats being lifted up, when the floor already dried, and new customers were coming, they’ve been doing the pulling down the chair back to the floor by themselves. Not to forget, although you’re still having food on your trays, the outsourced Security Personnel, slash Cleaning Service will took it away from your desk immediately, as if it was not more than another junk they need to do. No matter what, the 5 Stars high quality food product would felt like lower class taste, thanks to this kind of harsh and rude Services & Hospitalities.

The service from the staff was very disappointing. They didn't serve customers well. After we finished eating, they gathered and talked about customers so loud, and my friend and i can hear what they talked about. The worker training was also not good, as they served food in an impolite manner.

the service is ok. there are quite plenty of seats and not too crowded when I was there. came here for a little catch up session with my friend and it was pretty good.
