Don’t care about customers. Kept me waiting for 15 minutes to order.

I'm reluctant to give even one star ,all because of the staff, the girls in front service seem more interested in looking at their phones ,half our order was made first ,the guys in the back were slow and didn't look interested in their work ,we sat eating and the place was empty ,when the rest was finally ready of our meal, the girl slammed it on the counter and shouted to us ,we were eating ,she could have bought it and over as they were not busy ,but she just wanted to get back to her phone ,really poor customer care ,it's 2024 and these awful staff are working for a world cooperate brand ,either the training is awful or management poor, but they are a disgrace to the KFC franchise and to the country ,many Bule use this restaurant as most airports hotels are close and the awful staff give a really bad image of Indonesia as well, they didn't even smile and that's part of any fast food service ,absolutely awful staff and service that you wouldn't see anywhere else ,avoid this poorly run place !!! 😕
