My order get wrong today. Instead of 15 they give 9. But the admin is fast to reply me and give me 15pcs of kunafa. Thank u so much for the prompt and appreciate so much. Btw, the kunafa is nice and crispy. The taste is nice and delicious 😋🤤

Wow! The kunafa is amazing! Best eaten warm, straight out of the oven. Grab a free seat at OTH and dig in! They only do takeouts.

Quality dropped, broken cooked egg in shakshouka. Spoiled my lunch experience. How the management will take note.

Kunafa base was still white, overall undercooked and soft - what a waste of ingredients. Chicken kebab was okok only. Was hoping it was a good first try. Kunafa party pack looks good for gatherings but I’ll give this a miss. Def not a returning customer here, unfortunately.

Disappointing experience. Many items were unavailable, including the $12.50 deal, all-day breakfast, and even samosas. The service was also slow despite low foot traffic, which defeats the purpose of a "seamless" cashless store. Got the doner box, the chicken and fries were cold, and the compact packaging made it hard to eat. They should just use bowls like they do for kunafas. Speaking of which, the kunafa was the only decent item even though it was lukewarm…
