The food at Shake Shake In A Tub tastes great and the fries are very crispy with bold seasonings. However, I was disappointed to see the staff not wearing any gloves while preparing and packing the food into the tubs. It’s a shame because the flavors are good, but for a food outlet, hygiene should be much better. I hope they improve on this as the lack of basic food safety makes me hesitant to return.

The service was extremely disappointing. The staff member was rude and had a bad attitude throughout. Please provide proper customer service training.

Food quality was okay, but the man running the stall clearly has zero idea how to manage it. He definitely needs proper customer service training. I even saw him ignore a small boy who couldn’t reach the counter to collect his food — completely unacceptable. And the lady at the stall looked like she was being forced to work, with an attitude that showed she didn’t want to be there.

Taste is very delicious even it is not balance of the some fries. Not happy the person served you never smile it is her or his choice. As a customer you saw, don’t even bother buying from them then you complain. Regularly order as the flavour is alot of choice to choose from. I don’t care they never smile at me. As long as the taste match with my buds i will keep ordering from them.

Shake Shake? Shake your money away! Ordered their ‘huge’ fries and the fries didn’t even cover the entire container. They were super stingy with the amount of fries given. Go Potato Corner better. Service was also absent with the guy serving like he wished he didn’t need to work. Disappointed.
