Refreshing to eat when the weather is hot. Overall tastes decent but similar to other mochis around...

We walked past and double backed to give these mochi a try. Many flavours to chose from. We had 3 - durian, Thai ice tea and lychee. They served them cut up on a cup which was great so we could easily share them. Durian had a solid strong durian flavour which durian lovers would love but our favourite was the thai ice tea. Great snack to keep our energy up while exploring the area

Came by the Bugis outlet intending to buy because we like the product, but we ended up leaving without purchasing due to the service. I was simply discussing with my partner whether the mochi would melt before we reached home (we weren’t even talking to the staff yet), and an older female staff member interjected with a harsh, unfriendly tone. When we mentioned she could have explained nicely, the attitude didn’t improve. The product seems good, but the customer service needs work.
