Affordable Malay food at touristy area. Their food have always been very flavourful. We enjoyed eating their gado gado (S$4) and tahu goreng (S$4). The other dish that was good but we did not order today was the mee siam. The teh halia (ginger tea) was also my favourite as the sweetness and spice balanced perfectly. Do not miss this cafe.

Quick service, good place, central location. What is there to complain about? They sell a lot of different bakes and takeaways! Something for everybody!

Well established eatery featuring local Malay all day dining items like Nasi Lemak, Lontong, Roti John etc. It’s popularity speaks for itself and may need to wait to get a table during peak hours. It’s worth the wait though!

Absolutely wonderful Indonesian food. The prices can't be beat. Three of us had full lunch and beverages for $7. Service was fast and amazing. The gentleman who I believe was the owner of the establishment assisted us in ordering, and in making sure that things were just right. I would go back in a moment!

We traveled from Australia and stayed on Arab Street for 2 nights. Absolutely loved the authentic food there. Had dinner and breakfast. Fresh food, amazing vibe and very cheap. Must visit!

Served malay food with reasonable price. Cooking food is available after 4pm. Open space with good seat arrangement. There is more seat available at second floor. Could be crowded during peak hour. Recommended if you are craving for nice malay food.

Malaysian food and I have no idea what to order since I visited here from my friend recommendation. I checked on menu in “In House Favorites” and found Mee Siam. Besides my friend ordered Nasi Goreng Paprik Daging and Maggie Goreng Seafood. The food is delicious and teh tarik’s served in quite big portion.

Very decent Malay food. Hearty flavours and very reasonable price! Whenever i crave for some Malay dishes.. I’d come here! Food and drinks service super fast! This place is always packed with Muslims enjoying their meal here anytime of the day! You would not be disappointed with their dishes. Best to come for breakfast in my opinion 😊👍

Dine in and order nasi goreng (pataya and daging). Taste same like mamak’s foods, depends on individual preference. Service A+, very fast and friendly.

FOOD : Good! DRINK : Good! PLACE : Good. SERVICE : Normal. TOILET : Clean. PRICE : Fair. A little chit-chat with my friends here at night. Place was good, open air, crowded (but still nice place). Its a normal coffee shop in the corner but I like it. This place located behind The Mesjid Sultan. You walk along behind the Mesjid. Its fun, the streets still working on late (probably on Ramadhan Periode). Foods are okay and many snacks (or Jajanan Pasar) in this place. Es Teh Tarik + Klepon (or similiar cake) was very Nice!! I like this place.

Unacceptable service. TOURIST TRAP. I was placed at a table not even close to the restaurant and no one came to take my order. I left after 10 minutes while the owners stumbled around trying to get more unsuspecting tourists to enter. Food looked very bland, oily and unhygienic. Poor service. Poor ownership. Would absolutely not go back. The owners should be embarrassed.

It's easy to see why they attract such a large crowd every night because of their affordable pricing. What I tried was nasi goreng ayam ( fried rice with chicken) and syrup limau ( a classic rose syrup drink with lime). The total was 8.20 for a plate of fried rice and 2 drinks. The plate of fried rice was generally okay. Nothing fancy or anything to shout about it's m just okay. If you're hungry and you happen to be in the area. This would be a local's favourite for a meet up for a cheap quick bite.

All foods are delicious and cheap!! The menu is so various, I think I'll never get tired of it. It becomes my first option if I want to save more money while traveling but still get good food. If I stay at Haji Lane again, I'll definitely come back here again and again.

A good Halal food choice and definitely a popular joint in the area. Breakfast choices are fine, hopefully can try out their after 4pm choices.

Affordable a bit expensive with the drinks The service a bit stern that all Quite a fierce staff here but their Nasi Pahang can be a bit expensive with the dishes
