I rarely write reviews, but I really wanted to share my experience with Kak Julie. I’ve ordered from Julie Bakes’ TikTok Shop a few times before and have always enjoyed her cakes. However, last week, my cake arrived melted and wasn’t in its best condition. I shared my feedback, and the way Kak Julie handled the situation really showed how much she genuinely values and cares for her customers, even though it wasn’t her fault. She went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she give me a refund, she even offered me another slice of cake for free. Today, I decided to order from her again, and I think she remembered what happened because she blessed me with a free cake. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, especially since the previous issue had already been settled, but she still went the extra mile just to make her customer happy. If I had to describe Kak Julie in one word, it would be generous and not only with what she gives, but also with the care and sincerity she shows her customers. She could have easily said the delivery was beyond her control, but instead, she chose to take responsibility. Thank you so much, Kak Julie. Maybe that’s why your cakes are always so sedap and that’s because they’re made by someone with such a generous heart. May Allah bless you and your business with endless rezeki and barakah, and may your business continue to grow and bloom. You truly deserve it 🤍

I always pop up to get a slice of cake or two when I am in the vicinity. They are always moist, fresh and clearly made with love. The ondeh-ondeh is my favourite! Service is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommended! Minus one star for the relative high price despite no seating area.

Tried their ondeh ondeh cake which many recommended and it was really nice! Decent size, creamy, nice texture and taste. My only minor issue is that the gula melaka was too sweet. :)

I visited this shop today to purchase cakes and had an eager disappointing experience. While the cakes themselves looked good and of course they taste brilliant, the service was not up to expectations. I asked for larger candles and birthday sign and was told they were unavailable, however I clearly saw it being placed on other customers cake boxes. I’m not sure if it was just an off day for the bosses but I do hope the service improves moving forward. Wishing them the best.

We had a wonderful experience on our visit to Julie Bakes. The desserts are freshly made and absolutely delicious! 😋 We had the chocolate pistachio and savored every tow curling bite. The staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Julie Bakes for the best desserts in Singapore! 🌞 This is also a family-run business. Which I always prefer for a personable experience.
