Been a regular customer but got severe stomach bug after eating on 24 Oct 2025. Had high fever and diarrhoea for several days. I am confident it was this store as I ordered dinner and started to feel unwell later that night. Rest of my family were fine as they did not eat from this store. Need to look into hygiene.

Ordered 1 chicken basil and 1 salted egg but received 2 chicken basil instead. With all the remarks but still received wrong order. :(

I am a regular in ordering the new rice bowl, however many times when I order specially “Thai basil rice” they always said already finished. Once and twice they said the same thing, did not suspect much. However after 3-4 times of encountering the same answer over and over. And guess what on the same dat find it odd, ordering at the counter, they said the same thing “finished”, so I tried placing order using food panda and I got the order I want… not sure what is the reason behind. But I find it weird.

As someone whom has worked at pepper lunch… tbh at first it was a close fight. So I ordered the “beef pepper rice” and observed their whole cooking process. All seemed fine until they served it. Before serving, they poured a spoonful of black pepper sauce on the hotplate. This was such a dumb idea from them because it caused the whole thing to splatter and it the oil got onto my hands and face. The food was too salty and the corn was overly sweet. I think they put chicken powder or some sort of seasoning but it was too much and caused it to be overly salty. They provided garlic sauce and the soya sauce as well but I couldn’t pour into my rice as the food was already too salty. Tbh, the more I ate, the more I felt “disgusted” if ya want pepper rice, just go to pepper lunch. Even though it’s more pricey, I feel that it tastes better there. But still, for a budget option… and if you don’t mind getting splattered on, then Yeahh can come here. lol Follow: iz_foodie_recos on insta for more reviews:)
