Terrible service. Ordered a cake online, didn't receive order confirmation yet payment has showed it went through. Completed customer form online and cannot be submitted.. then whatsapp the enquiry hotline in the morning and no response at all. Even tried calling and no one picks up?

Should be shutdown permanently for food safety lapses, the kitchen definitely lack industrial blender with freezing bowl capability and cold room for food prep
