Bought half spring chicken with rice and was given only 3 packets of chilli sauce. Asked them for extra, and the staff was not happy and said this was the last time I could ask for extra chilli sauce. Then he claimed that only 2 more extra chilli sauce packets were allowed. If they think the chilli sauce is too expensive, customers can just buy it since they are so stingy, as if we cannot afford to pay.

The staff was impatient and attitude! He kept pressuring me to order while I was still checking the menu, despite there being no crowd. If the food was amazing, maybe I’d understand the attitude but the food was just average at best. Not a great experience!

Today, when I was cycling with my brother to Punggol, I had popcorn chicken rice with Jerry fries for my lunch at Kopitiam Corner food court at Punggol Place near Punggol MRT station and it tasted very delicious. Overall, the service provided to me was very good and I would love to try these other Western dishes (except pork and beef) from the other Fatty Bom Bom outlets such as in Bedok Town Centre and Woodlands Street 11 in the future.

This stall is consistently unattended despite being listed as open. I waited 10–15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon with no staff in sight. This isn’t a one-off incident — it has happened multiple times. If you’re only interested in online orders, then stop misleading walk-in customers by appearing open. Don’t take up space in a food court if you’re not prepared to actually serve customers. Several people after me stood there confused before eventually walking away to other stalls. There was no service to review because there was no service at all. Completely unacceptable and a total waste of time. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother coming down unless you’re ordering online — if they’re even around.

Fatty Bom Bom at Punggol Regalia. Came to order food at around 9.30pm, there were 2 male staffs in the kitchen. After shouting 3 times to get their attention, they clearly heard me but chose to turn the back towards me to continue to play on their phones. Very horrendous experience from these 2 staffs on duty on 7 Feb 2026. Ended up not able to order anything while these 2 continue on their phones. Management, please look into this matter as this is not an attitude an F&B staff should have towards a paying customer.
