A place where excellent service and delicious food meet. My family esp my 5 year old daughter had craving for chicken rice so we thought why not go to Evertop in Clementi for some good chicken rice as we haven’t eaten there for quite awhile. The food as usual was awesome and their service still top notch after so many years. A little pricier then your normal chicken rice stall but for the excellent food and service, I’ll say it well worth it. We ordered Roasted Chicken rice, Lemon Chicken Cutlet rice, Mayonnaise Chicken Cutlet rice, Thai Style Tofu and Chicken Sausage Omelette. The chicken rice dishes came with soup which was tasty but mild, not those where tons of msg is used or some which tastes like hot water. Their soup had the chicken essence in it. The roasted chicken rice came with a side of cucumber and pineapple pickles which was a tasty. Chicken was soft and tender, nicely soaked in their own tasty sauce. For the cutlets, it was surprisingly juicy and not dry like some other stalls. The chilli I find, could be improved but still not too bad. The Thai tofu was a little crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way it should be. The Thai sauce was tasty and not too spicy. Lastly the omelette, was fluffy and had a good amount of chicken sausages in it. Overall, the portion is pretty decent. Dining here was enjoyable as the restaurant is clean; attentive, fast and excellent service. Highly recommended 👍

Bad experience dining here today. Everything started out okay however, halfway into the meal I noticed a fly in my drink. Told the staff, "There's fly in my drink" and he replied me back, "So how?" Very poor customer service and bad service recovery. Didn't offer any apology. Didn't replace with another drink. Didn't even consult his supervisor or anything. Simply left me to finish my meal with a drink with fly inside it. Won't come back here again. Edited: After posting this review, called the boss who immediately changed the drink with no questions asked. This is how it should be. Please give more training to the staff so they can provide better customer service and satisfaction.

The chicken rice is tasty and juicy, and I love their cereal egg tofu! It was soft and crispy. The service is quite fast as a few people are eating but the staff are all smiling and proactive. The problem is I find the place a bit hot, especially on days when the heat is unbearable.

Lovely chicken rice. We tried both steam and rosted. Which was great. Do try the egg omelet, fried wanton and bean sprouts. Nice staff, very welcoming. Will come again to try other offerings.

Halal chicken rice that i like. Tender and still quite juicy for a roast chicken. U can still order other dishes to go along with the mains. Rice is quite well cooked and flavourful. Not sure if i had missed out but I didn’t see any meshed ginger around. Too bad, one of my fav to mix with the chilli. Their chilli is also nice with slight sourish taste.

Can't have enough of their chicken rice! Best I've ever tasted and now my go-to place for the local favourite. Their rice is so nice that I have 2 servings each time I'm there and all their dishes are delicious. Highly recommend the salad youtiao and steamed chicken.

Friendly and hospitable service, staff welcomed us in and were very helpful. Ordered for take away, relatively good Chinese style zichar dishes available. Good prices for a seafood restaurant. Halal. Quite a number of seating available.

Food is delicious! Had it since childhood and I’ve enjoyed how consistent, nostalgic and cozy the taste is. Price has always remained affordable and fair. However, recently family sets have been taken off the menu. So I have to unfortunately rate it a star down from 5. Hope that it will come back so that I can rate it up again! Will still come back and eat though.

Ordered half steamed chicken, gizzard, pineapple juice! This is one of few halal chicken rice stall that I really like! Firstly there's no bones(duh.. Its name is Boneless chicken), the chicken is tender! It has 'azar' at the side too, adds a different flavor to my usual chicken rice! ! The pineapple juice is super too good! Worth the visit! As you can see, we inhaled the food. Leaving nth behind HAHAHA!
