I had a really positive experience at this restaurant today. The food and drinks were great and the service from Bhatti and his team was fantastic! They even administered us complimentary Turkish tea which was delicious. We will definitely be returning again soon, thanks again to Bhatti and his team for our great experience :)

Popped in just by chance as seen they did a Sunday roast! Very pleased we did as it was beautiful! Slightly different to what you’d usually have in an English pub but still lovely. Bhatti- our server, was excellent and brilliant with our 6 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are attentive, welcoming, and consistently provide impeccable customer service. From the moment you arrive, they are friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any requests, creating a pleasant and comfortable dining experience. Unfortunately, the food does not live up to the same high standard. While the presentation is appealing, the dishes are rather mediocre in terms of taste. The flavours are underwhelming. Overall, the outstanding hospitality is the highlight of the experience, but the food leaves considerable room for improvement.

Food was delicious! Especially the truffle fries. Service was also brilliant. Bhatti was our waiter and was very friendly. They also did a birthday sparkler in my niece’s ice cream for her birthday. Looking forward to coming back already

Always enjoy the experience at Etci when we visit, first time eating at the Birmingham restaurant which was pleasant. Helpful and friendly staff, Zeeshan and Mehad welcomed us in and provided a thoroughly enjoyable experience for my birthday. Thank you!
