Soup served was cold. When requested to heat it up, one of the waitress showed us her displeasure. Garlic bread was also not hot, baked rice was too dry. Overall there’s lots of room for improvement in food quality. Only their Xmas promo drink is nice. Other than that avoid at all cost.

Service and food quality has dropped drastically. The food pricing is decent but the quality of the food has gone down the drain. The customer service is also terrible. They are selective in which customers to please and openly show displeasure.

Never thought baked rice with cheese would go wrong, but this place proved me wrong. Ordered truffle cheese baked rice with grilled chicken; rice was bland, two slices of carrots, 2 tiny stalk of broccoli, 4 cubes of grilled chicken, one drop of truffle oil, cream and cheese that didn't go well together. One word, bad. And it cost $10.90?

Came at 12:45pm on a Saturday. Place was almost empty. Standard self ordering online and pay online. Barely any service. Asked for plain water but they only served bottled. Prices all increased but food standard dropped. Ordered baked cheese Spaghetti and it was bland. Ordered baked cheese rice and taste was okay but rice was meh. Wouldn’t recommend

I should have read the reviews first before coming. They've increased the price beyond reasonable. Nothing on this outlet personally but just overall. Eat at ur own risk, especially ur wallet. This my first and last 18chef.

I ordered a sirloin steak with the soup and drink set. The soup and drinks came first and they were super salty and sweet so I thought ok never mind can’t expect much from readymade stuff. The steak came and it was super salty too.

Been to a few E.Chefs outlets over the years and this is the latest one. Ordered 2 x Baked Pasta and 2 x kids meals. - Taste wise still consistent (Not Bad). - Price higher and so is everywhere else. - Staff was proactive, honestly better then the other outlets ( weekend). - they have quite a few of those long sofa, which is comfortable and able to accommodate 6 pax. Not e best but also not e worse.

The food is subjective. The main courses I ordered were not to my liking. Out of the 3 main courses we ordered, only 1 was nice to us. I think it has nothing to do with their menu but more to preference. Service was great, atmosphere was calm. A nice family setting.
