Edit: They updated the situation and everything is perfect now! I keep eating their meals nearly everyday! Meat with chips+lettuce on the side, makes it perfect!! Thanks for their responsiveness and adaptability, wishing this place all the best. Their meals are good despite they heat the chicken in microwave oven. I like it but communication is extremely poor. All I wanted was just a pita bread with my salad and I told them I can pay for it. Cashier told me that I should buy a hummus for it. I didn’t want hummus I just wanted a simple pita bread. They insisted and didn’t give me one piece of bread. I find this very mean and disrespectful. Another time, I was having a fries plate and wanted to have some lettuce. Again, I was ready to pay for that lettuce. Little lettuce on the side of the plate. They told me that I should buy a new whole salad. I am considering to not to come again because of this repeated situation. Lettuce, bread, this sort of thing aren’t expensive. You should not be that much mean. You should learn some hospitality. This is the only halal and middle eastern eating place on campus, that’s why I preferred.

I am an HKUST student and I come here almost everyday. My favourite staff is Rohit. He is always smiling and now knows my order off by heart 😆 Thank you Guys, you're doing a great job! Oh, and I love the chicken biryani!

The food is spectacular at Ebenezeers HKUST! Students’ all time favorite! Especially, Rohit is the best at making kebabs, with excellent customer service and skills!!! Always look forward to seeing Rohit and eating at Ebs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great halal food & friendly staff at HKUST I really enjoy coming here. The food is tasty, and everything is halal – a big plus for me as a Muslim. Lots of vegetarian options too, including all side dishes. I recommend the kebabs, roast lamb with rice, and pizza. The location in the LSK building is very convenient, and there’s plenty of seating. The staff are always smiling and welcoming – especially Mercy, who is very kind and hardworking. The place is kid‑friendly and wheelchair accessible (inclines available). Great vibe, good service, delicious food. Definitely recommend!

Staff is kind, patient and friendly. Specifically Ate Mercy. She is very kind and always willing to accommodate. Food is just okay. The quality and quantity is not that good. Actually i have been eating this from last 6 years and with time the quantity and quality both goes down. So they definitely needs to improve on this. There is very less options for side-on items.
