Huge shoutout to the team at Domino’s Yio Chu Kang Road! I placed an order for three pizzas scheduled for a 11pm pickup, but ended up arriving a whole hour early at around 10pm. Instead of making me wait around or come back later, the staff was super accommodating and offered to make my order right away on the spot. They had all 3 pizzas piping hot and ready in no time. On top of the fantastic, friendly service, the food was delicious and incredibly fresh. Going above and beyond like that made my night, especially when it only costs $9.99 for a whole large pizza. Highly-recommended!!!

Ordered over the counter, staff was very patient and answered my queries and told me saver deals (ordering online) . Topping are okay but tomato sauce base is a little thin.

Order via app and app always states that food have arrive but food didnt arrive. If yall dw to give vouchers for late fee then do better. I dont need the vouchers. I just need a clear representation of where my food is. And hotline is always busy. Useless hotline. This time round i waited for 1 hour and my food haven't arrived when the app stated that it reached. Tried calling and the line was busy for 1 hour too.

I give 5 stars to ALIF who helping me for missing items from Domino’s Kovan outlet. He’s customer service was outstanding, this is the correct way to assist the customers and provide the service that I need. Very helpful and welling to help the customers even though we order from other outlet. Ur the best and a real good leader. Thank you ALIF🙏

Since I ordered through Foodpanda, the app didn’t show the real-time delivery status and kept indicating that the food hadn’t arrived — when in fact, the pizza had already been delivered. Because it was a freshly baked, hot pizza, it sat outside for too long, causing condensation to soak the box and affect the texture of the cheese pizza. However, I promptly contacted the store, and they quickly arranged a new cheese pizza for me. I’m really satisfied and touched by their warm and efficient service!
