Reading the other reviews…. How am I not surprised with the incompetent and bad customer service from the outlet staff. I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional service provided by your staff, VIOLA, at the Pasir Ris East CC outlet. We placed 3 pizza order for pickup, including a large Classified Chicken pizza with an additional topping of roasted chicken, for which we specifically paid extra. When we collected our order, the store rider handed over the pizzas and we brought them home, only to realise that the roasted chicken topping we had paid extra for one of the pizza was completely missing. My husband subsequently called the outlet several times. After multiple unanswered calls, VIOLA finally answered and informed him that she would prepare a replacement pizza and that we would have to make another trip down to collect it. (YA BECOME OUR PROBLEM NEED TO GO DOWN AND COLLECT THE REPLACEMENT PIZZA? WHO IS PAYING FOR MY FUEL?) At this point, I called the outlet myself to request a refund instead. After all, it was rather disappointing that your mistake had now resulted in additional inconvenience for us, the customer, who had already paid for the item in the first place. Unfortunately, getting through to the outlet was once again a challenge, with the call only being answered after several attempts. What was even more disappointing was the attitude displayed by VIOLA. I simply wanted clarification on how the refund would be processed. Instead of providing a proper explanation, she repeatedly mentioned that the refund would take 14 days. When I politely repeated my question because I was seeking clarification on the refund process itself, her response was an extremely dismissive “YA YA YA.” I must say, it was quite impressive to receive such a level of attitude over a simple question regarding a refund for an item that your outlet had failed to provide despite charging us for it. Is this genuinely the standard of customer service Domino’s expects its customers to receive? I understand that working in the F&B and service industry is challenging. I also understand that Domino’s may face staffing shortages and high staff turnover. However, basic courtesy, respect and communication should not be considered advanced skills, especially for someone working directly with customers. Mistakes can happen. We understand that. What matters is how the mistake is handled afterwards. In this case, instead of feeling that our issue was being resolved professionally, we were made to feel as though we were inconveniencing your staff by asking for a refund for something we had already paid for. I strongly urge Domino’s to review this incident and, more importantly, provide your frontline staff with proper training on basic customer service, communication and professionalism. We are not asking for special treatment. We simply expect to receive what we paid for and, when something goes wrong, to be spoken to with basic respect. I hope Domino’s will take this feedback seriously and ensure that other customers do not have to experience the same level of inconvenience and dismissive treatment. I look forward to your response regarding this matter. P/s: I am unable to write in my feedback directly with Dominos Sg. Tried to write in my complaint via website but the writing limit is super limited.

on 30 may, between 5-6pm, there was an argument. it seems the staff was not happy with the customer over some issue. but it was not right for him to confront and drag him out of the store. even the manager told the staff she has no accusation on the poor customer. but the male staff kept insisting. will be lodging a police report for such aggressive behaviour on the staff part. he scare the hell out my children who just want to eat pizza. He behaves like he was some kind of policeman.

8/5/26 around 10:15 PM. Visited the Pasir Ris East Domino’s outlet with my friend. We had ordered in advance and sat at an available table. There were no signs indicating the area was closed and no one informed us not to sit there. After having a couple of slices, a staff member, a Chinese male in black uniform, came over loudly and rudely telling us to move because he had already cleaned the tables. It was not even closing time. It honestly felt like he was trying to avoid extra work, but regardless, he could have communicated it politely. The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable. Very disappointing service.
