I wished that I have seen the reviews before I ordered. I used the website to order a delivery for my friend birthday, it stated the estimated arrival time was 7.00pm to 7.30pm. We waited till 8pm it didn’t arrive, the live tracker states order completed. Called the phone and no one picks up, I had no choice but to go down the store and check out what the heck was happening to my order. Was greeted with the store manger which suggested to me sending a feedback for refund. I submitted the feedback right away at the store and guess what, until now 10 days have passed and no refund and no update. To Domino’s, please don’t copy and paste your reply by asking me to send a feedback which I already did and no response. I would have given 0 stars if im allowed to.

Hi Domino’s Team, My Food order was delivered late, ordered via domino’s App. Called many times to changi store and no one picked up. Online tracker claimed that order is in oven.. After more than 2 hours I received the order and the pizza was completely cold..this is not acceptable.

Staff are very rude. Even if we stand at the counter no one is bothered to take the order. If I call them in person, they are so careless and disrespectful.

There is no update from the team. 27 Feb 2026, I received my order at 9:30pm, which is extremely late. By the time the pizza arrived, all my guests had already left. I was embarrassed and unable to host them properly. I have been a loyal customer of Domino’s for years, and this experience has been very disappointing. My order was placed at 6:40pm, and the app indicated delivery by 7:20pm. However, it only arrived more than two hours later. To make matters worse: • The app showed that the order had arrived, but the rider did not come up to the lobby. • I had to personally go downstairs to collect the pizza. • There was no apology from the rider. • When I asked why the pizza was so late, he responded, “Aku tak tau ah, kiter busy buka puasa” (which means they were busy breaking fast). While I understand and respect that the team may have been breaking their fast, this does not excuse the lack of communication or service. If there had been a delay, the branch could have at least made a courtesy call so I could make alternative arrangements for my guests. I also attempted to call the branch multiple times, but no one answered. Given that the order arrived too late to be enjoyed and the overall poor service experience, I am requesting a full refund for this order. Please review the ticket sent on the 27th feb 26 I look forward to your prompt response and resolution

My order is delivered wrongly. I paid for mozzarella cheesy crust but my simply cheese is just a thin crust. The pizza were late and it had turn cold. No one pick up the phone as I want to verify.
