Ordered 2 hand tossed regular pizza. Ended up receiving 2 thin crust pizza made wrong by the manager. The thin crust tasted bad, not filling, and very fast got cold. If made wrong please remake.

Just don't order from here. Ordered at 3pm, for 5:30pm delivery. Received notification that it's delivered at 5:43pm. But of course no pizza received. Delivery rider turned off GPS so can't track, called the hotline to check on progress and the fella have the cheek to say delivery rider is at the lift already. Long story short, it's now 6:39pm and still have not received anything. Hearsay rider is at the lift still

Worst possible outlet ever. Ordered at 3pm for a 6pm order, but the order was delayed. Order status changed to delivered at 540, but there was no sign of the pizza at 630. Manager had the cheek to say the delivery guy is already at our block and delivering another pizza at 605. Fast forward to 630 and still no signs of the delivery guy. Called the outlet and they refused to process the refund despite the order not arriving. What's the difference between this outlet and a scam company? The manager of this outlet needs to be investigated for being a liar and charging fraudulent orders.

Ordered 2 extra large pizzas and a cheeseburger pizza and while it tasted fine, one slice had a big chunk torn off like someone had taken a bite or ripped it apart. It was pretty disappointing to see that. Definitely need better quality control! Brought this up with customer feedback. At first they said that nothing was wrong because there were still 8 slices but finally offered a refund after a few days of investigation.

I never had issues with this outlet. But I always choose to pick up my orders as I plan my journey around my choices. This is my nth visit already and I noticed some shifting of indoor furnishings this time round. Can I suggest a small table near the counter so we could check our orders? The current pizza special is the cheeseburger series. We got the combo that comes with the double cheeseburger (meaning it's crust is stuffed with the toppings as well) and with streaky beef, two servings of crinkle cut fries dusted with pizza salt (what's that? It's nice!) and a bottle of soft drink. I made my order an hour in advance on their website. 15 minutes before, I got another email informing me that my food is being prepared and will be ready for collection in time. I love Domino's because of their Extravaganza and Meatzza pizzas. What I feel is inconsistent is that my Classic Hand tossed is not always brushed with garlic oil as mentioned in their description. Tip: If you can only pick peak timing, like weekend meal times, PH and festive occasions, go for odd timings like mid afternoon or early morning. You already know everyone else is going to be ordering too...
