⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Domino’s outlet! The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. My pizza was ready on time, and it was even available a little earlier than the estimated pickup time. The service was quick, and the whole pickup experience was smooth. Highly recommended!

Seeing the dismal ratings made me feel scared at first- but I placed my order for 11 pizzas and they came 15minutes early! The rider was very cheerful and allowed us to verify our order was correct as well. Pizzas came nice and hot. Thanks for delivering and allowing me to entertain my guests!

Big thanks to Irfan and Fir at Domino's Balestier for the awesome service! They were attentive, helpful, and just really easy to deal with. They nailed it by proactively letting me know about a special offer I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Saved me some $ and felt like they actually had my best interest in mind.

The real time order tracking is fake. I reached the store when the order tracking said it is ready only to find out they just put my pizza in the oven and needed another 10minutes for it to be ready. Do not believe the real time order tracking!!!!!

No photos of food because food didn’t arrive. Waited 40 mins for delivery after which when the app said “food is being prepared” , the outlet manager called to say that they need another 1 hour plus more as the store is facing a backlog of 2 hours. Domino’s reputation of providing poor customer service stays true, allowing customers to still order on the app although their staff is struggling to keep up. Worse still is that the staff only call you to inform you after the delivery timing when your pizza is supposed to be delivered. The staff also recommended for us to cancel our orders. Looking forward to receiving my refund which will take 3 business days. Maybe their pizzas and service process will improve by then. It is best they stop doing business.
