This place is a monthly visit requirement even pre pandemic 😊 Enjoyed the chicken rice (good portions), the Yong Tau Foo was good (more variety would be nice) and price was reasonable for sure. Biggest issue with me since day 1 I visited here was the tiny tiny tables. 2 person to a tiny table is just super crowded and uncomfortable. 2 tables seating 2 people (as per the required regulations) would not breach the space and distance requirements. So hopefully they can look into this. The food can be nice, the staff can be wonderful but when the set up is uncomfortable, the whole experienced is compromised. Again, hope they will look into this. Food : 4 / 5 Staff : 4 / 5 Ambience: 2 / 5

Every time I went to a YTF stall I will check if they have Ampang but most of them don’t have it. So I’m really happy to see this makan place serving YTF with Ampang-style. Totally in love with their foods, service, and location! It’s just opposite the mrt station!

Order via Foodpanda. Macaroni soup have worm. And is supposed to be shredded chicken not lazy attitude and throw pieces of bones and chicken. The preparation is awful and lazy. Extremely disgusted. If lazy to do work, just close shop. Don't need give leftover.

Trying this halal yong tau foo for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce makes the food appetising. A good fusion between Chinese and Malay food. They serve chicken rice too! Utensils are clean and organised. Portion is good. Pricing is reasonable. Would visit again!

Very unique choices of Yung Tau Foo available. Loved the sauce provided and the service staff were really friendly too! But don’t come too late otherwise most of their stuff would be sold out.

The food at Da Jie Niang Dou Fu (Dajie Makan Place) never disappoint! Used to frequent the Clementi outlet when I was a student at Ngee Ann. Nowadays, we venture out a little further to the Bukit Gombak outlet. We really like the food here! Spoilt for choices!

The very first time I tried yong tau foo that was fried and filled with delicious meat sauce was from Dajie Bukit Gombak! I instantly fell in love with it! I got hooked onto their Hakka sauce! I loveeeee how oily, crispy and delicious the yong tau foo were when paired with this sauce! Remember to eat it there and then as it can get soggy! Y.u.m.m.y! The only thing I think they can improve is on their soup though.

I really like eating here compared to the nearby coffee shops. It’s clean and airy which makes it more comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient! The chicken rice is pretty good, to me the amount of chicken is slightly more than usual stalls 😅 I always get the Ampang sauce for yong tau foo. The fried items are always nicely done and they will cook the veggies separately. Yet to try the other bases but there is also Hakka sauce, Tom Yum, laksa and soup! Overall, worth to stop by this place for a satisfying meal if you’re nearby. It’s just across the street from the MRT anyway. They sell kopi/teh, canned beverages and also accept various cashless payments too

Ordered a drumstick chicken rice from Dajie via Foodpanda. This is what i received for $5.80. Utterly disappointed.
