Updated review from Aug 31, 2026: Fried chicken has gone downhill. The batter is bland and missing salt and spices! The chicken meat had no flavour as well, which tells me that they do not brine or marinate the raw chicken before cooking. Onion rings are dry and hard. Jalapeno Bombers barely have any jalapeno peppers in them, mostly cheese. Biscuits are still moist and fresh. Chicken Sandwiches remain tasty. A real shame that I will no longer order the fried chicken here. Can tell they have really cut costs on the ingredients. Review from May 2026: Definitely a better experience than my previous visit. The chicken sandwiches are delicious. The onion rings are crispy and big. The fries are full of flavour. Be sure to check Uber Eats for deals! Will return for sure.

This store should be closed down for good quality issues. Absolutely disgusting experience. The chicken I was served smelled bad, appeared stale, and tasted like it had been fried over and over again. It was completely inedible, and I had to stop eating because I was concerned about the quality of the food. I called the restaurant and the person who picked the phone denied it and put me on hold without letting me know then hung up at my face. I ordered 4 chicken, they sent me 5 pieces obviously because it was so stale. I had thrown up after eating it. I'll report it to Toronto Public health.

I don’t even know what to think anymore. I’ve tried 3 times to order food on DoorDash from this location over the past few months and I’ve never in my life had my orders be so wrong. At first I thought maybe it was because I ordered at 2am and the last employee was half asleep and forgot something. But then it happened a second time, and then tonight at dinner time I ordered my family of 3 2 tender combos and a 4 piece chicken. What I got was 6 tenders, no combo me a tub of gravy I didn’t even order. Maybe I’m supposed to dip my fingers in it? Not sure because we got none of the fries or chicken it was meant for. I’m done. Never again will I order from this place.

This location always makes my Uber Eats orders very late and delays them for no good reason. I didn’t even order during rush hours, yet it still took far too long. Imagine if I had ordered during a busy period, it probably would have taken well over two hours. When you accept an order, that should mean you’re ready to start making it right away, not leave it sitting there while the customer waits. I understand delays can happen, but this has become a recurring issue and normalize with this location. I’m being brutally honest here, without exaggeration or sugarcoating anything. The service and preparation times need serious improvement because customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for an order that was accepted well in advance.

I visited Church’s Chicken today, May 25, at around 8:00 PM, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service from the cashier, the staff member, was extremely poor and unprofessional. We simply asked about a type of sandwich, but her attitude was rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Good customer service is very important, and unfortunately this experience made us feel unwelcome. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location if this level of service continues.
